How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place is a little old. But I would say it's worth it for the price of the rooms.

The room was soo small, we didn’t have a space to open our suitcase without using the bed.
It was so close to the public transport and shops. It was amazingly convenient but surrounded by nature.

Location is near woody town station but not really near sanda kobe premium outlet which is the main pirpose of out stay there.
The staff are very accommodating, clean, nice breakfast

its an older hotel, so no new technology like smart tvs. very little electric plugs

The only thing that can be improved is the English. No one from staff is able to speak English. But they are very friendly and tried to help us as much as possible.
Good location, good accommodation, big variety on breakfast and super nice staff.

The double bed was a bit small for two people.
The view from our room was excellent and the park in front of the hotel was great for a morning stroll. Close proximity to a variety of shops was also a plus.

The room carpet was a bit dated and needed renewal. Room cleaning and towel change service was done everyday which was good but an over reliance on robot floor cleaners meant that the room was not clean and there was a lot of dust accumulated at the head of the bed floor area around corners and areas difficult for robot cleaners to clean and also on cables on the carpet. Quite unacceptable.
Location was excellent and allowed easy and quick access to parks, transport, shops, cinemas, convenience stores and relatives' home. The staff were also wonderful, welcoming, courteous and polite. Bathroom was also clean and well equipped.

The water pressure in the shower was very low.
Although the facility appeared a bit old, the room was nicely cleaned and comfortable.

The breakfast was poor selection and mainly thought from the point of view of a Japanese palate.
We loved the hotel experience, spacious, well decorated, good smelling, calm classical music playing in the background and an insane view. It felt like a fairy tale. The room was nice, roomy, tidy and I specifically loved to have body lotions and hair brushes. It is a must visit place! Sanda is beautiful and the best scene is in front of you from Celecton's balcony. The staff is helpful and kind. It is worth walking around the hotel and the park too. The cake set is amazing! You can order it from the reception which works as a cafe too.

The hotel is fine. The staff were very kind and well organized. If you want to eat there, you will need to make a reservation the day before. It is a little out in the country but the price was very reasonable. The thing that I loved most was the huge buffet style breakfast. They had a great selection and everything was delicious. Well worth the money.

We were just passing through and this was an economical and nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was actually pretty large. The staff was very nice and were very accommodating.

Paid 36000 for extra night and they don't even provide water in the room or coffee. Plug spots in the room are also not convenient.

1. nobody maintains the link between the train station and hotel lobby. it was covered with snow and dangerous to walk so need to walk a big round. 2. no complimentary water at all 3. they charge any late check out after 11:00am
