Nice hotel literally 10steps from the metro station entrance. We really enjoyed our stay in Osaka with good connection to Universal studios and Expo. Welcome drink is very nice benefit after all day ourside.

Away from the city center, but that’s what we wanted.

Amazingly friendly staff. The all-day free hot and cold drinks in the dining area was very appreciated. The rooftop hot tub costs extra, but it was really nice after a a long day of walking (and private). And of course, 10 steps to the metro station is a bonus.

The bidet was not usable. It was dirty and had poop stains and mildew on it. It was surprising because everything else was so clean. Mattress is hard and the AC is not the best.

Rooms were clean, modern, and large! The hotel is very quiet. The coin laundry machines are nice and cleaned my clothes well and the location is very close to the train station. I stayed here for the 2025 Expo and it was very convenient to go to the expo and go home! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was mostly sweets but the matcha latte was very good.

Hotel Sails has an excellent location, close to train and bus stops. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. Especially, Ms. Manami Nakatani was very proactive in helping us find a Doctor and or Hospital for our son who had a toe nail ingrowth. She called in to almost a dozen facilities which exceeded our expectations. Great customer service and always a smile on the face.

The breakfast was so simple that we picked up food from the convenience store the next few days. very disappointing after reading the reviews. Although we liked our room and that we could open the window at night, we didn’t like the milky glass so we could not look outside. After opening the windows we understand why, rundown apartment block and a rundown garden would have been the view.

We choose hotel Sails because it was only two metro stops from the Expo 2025 and the metro station was right in front of the hotel. We had a very large room with a table and 4 chairs and a couch at back side of the hotel. We were very happy with this since the rooms at the front side of the hotel probably hear every metro arriving every few minutes. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Easy to do your own laundry.

Being charged for holding our luggage. On check out day, there is a 1000 yen charge per luggage if not collected before 2pm.

Spacious room. Nice to have the breakfast option. Salads, pastries and donuts. Lots of restaurants nearby and conbinis. Free coffee and non alcoholic drinks in the dining area from 3pm to 9pm. Option to purchase alcoholic drinks. Great location if you are visiting the aquarium or the World Expo this year. 30mins by metro to get to Namba area.

Breakfast is really bad, we paid for a family of 4, 4 nights over 1500 USD. For that kind of money the breakfast should be very good. There are no clean protein options and many, many empty calorie sugary options. If you don't care about the breakfast then I would highly recommend this hotel, otherwise look elsewhere.

I truly can’t think of anything we didn’t like. The location is great! It’s convenient to buses and trains, it’s walking distance to the aquarium, and it’s surrounded with good food. The rooms are a really decent size and exceptionally clean. The staff were all super lovely. The only thing I will mention is that the breakfast is more of what I would consider a continental breakfast, it was primarily pastries. If you are needing something heartier then you’ll need to go somewhere for that. However they do have a fantastic coffee machine that has excellent options! I was very impressed with the coffee here. Overall a great stay!

This hotel was right next to Osakako station. It was handy to the usual convenience stores and if you wanted to venture elsewhere you could get on a train. We used this place as a base for universal studios, the taxi was about 3000 Yen and it was an extremely enjoyable stay. The room was like a suite, we couldnt get over the space and all the free amenities were of great quality. Staff were so lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Great for a family of 4.

Pillows were not the most comfortable would be my only suggestion for improvement, but they were fine for the 3 nights we were there.

Very convenient location next to train station, short walk to aquarium and shopping center with lots of food options, and 20 min taxi to Universal Studios. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Property felt brand new - modern and spotless. Room was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4. They welcomed us with a canvas tote and water bottle to celebrate their 2-year anniversary which was unexpected and very generous - much appreciated! I also love that they did not charge extra for children, and cleaned the room daily, unlike the other properties we stayed at.

The room was big and very comfortable and clean for our stay. It also had a Nespresso machine which was a wonderful bonus! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We chose the location because it was close to some local family attractions as well as a train station. They also provided a lovely spread of pastries for breakfast which was a nice treat on holidays. Overall it was great value for money.

Breakfast could do with more options- simple cooked food instead of just pastries

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 kids. The room is spacious for short stay. The train station is right outside the hotel. There are many food options around the hotel. It is walking distance to the aquarium and ferris wheel. Afternoon drinks and snacks were a wonderful surprise.
