Wish the luggage storage was in the hotel itself / better communication about the luggage storage in general.

Location is perfect. Very close to the buzz and animation but not in it, so that the street is quiet but the fun is accessible in a few minutes walk. The rooms themselves are great, all comfort, amazing value for money. We rented a 2 bedrooms appartment for 4 people and it was amazing. Clean, great bathroom. Extra shout-out to the staff AND owner, due to a mistake of ours we left our suitcases too late in the luggage locker but they were extremely responsive and helpful, helping us outside hours and even driving us! Super, would recommend any day.

Service should be improved to have regular cleaning of room and help taking the trash away without the need for residents to call for these. Trash bag should be provided at the ground floor instead of requiring residents to call for that. It is very inconvenient that always require residents to contact the staff just for these common stuff.

Quality-price ratio is higher than many residence in Osaka. The room is large enough for 4 persons to stay but not for 6 persons.

The lack of natural light in the living areas meant having lights on all day.

The two bedroom apartment was an excellent size. The location was also fantastic. Free breakfast at a nearby hotel.

Only 3 things that I would like to mark (not big deal) 1. Check in and check out via online only. They will send you the password to enter the building via email and then you need to do the online checkin in front of camera at the lobby. It's not that hard but my mom could not do it alone for sure. But it did not that hard just please prepare yourself for this. 2. The room is not very clean. I didn't mean that this place is dirty but I just expect to be little cleaner. This might be because for the whole trip we've stayed in outside city hotels and they keep the room very clean. So not dirty but don't expect to be very clean. Maybe it's city style lol. 3. Even this place is close to Namba and Namba station to the airport but in early morning the gate that close to the hotel did not open yet maybe it connected to the mall so they open late like 8.00. So if you have morning flight to Kansai, please plan your walking to the station and study which gate is open at what time.

The location is really good which is really close to Namba. I came here with my mom and my brother so whenever my mom felt too tired we can walk here back to the hotel to let her rest and zip some tea then me and my brother can continue exploring the city. Also the room is kinda large it can fit all of our big suitcases here so we can do unpack and repack before the flight back with ease.

This is great accommodation in a very convenient location for Namba station and for the Hankai Tramway. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay and would both recommend this place and would stay again if we are ever back in Osaka. The luggage storage service (in a location nearer Namba Station) was a bonus and very efficient. A couple of larger supermarkets nearby as well as the Lawson.
