The room had a strange smell (it wasn't very fresh), so there was a scented spray in the closet to make it smell better, and there was also an air freshener on the floor. The washing machines are old, so I don't recommend using them.

The bed was very large and comfortable, the view was very good, and the staff were professional.

Great location with easy access to Shiodome and Shimbashi station. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a nice variety.

A very nice hotel located in one of the many business district of Shimbashi. It is near few minutes walk from nearest rail lines and there is also a bus stop nearby it as well. There is a Family Mart on the B2 of the building for your quick fix of snacks and drinks. For my room, got the best view of Tokyo Tower and on a clear day, you could also see Mt. Fuji over the horizon. The room is very cosy and well maintained and the bed was super comfortable. Would recommend for those who wants a more affordable stay with a good view of Tokyo Tower.

Not a complaint at all but just be aware a standard room is the size you would expect in Tokyo. It was fine for us. Our room overlooked Tokyo Tower and the train lines, which could be heard. We didn’t mind this (it made for great videos in the evening) and it had zero impact on our sleep.

Great view from our hotel of Tokyo Tower. The bar staff were great - they made an excellent cocktail! Ideal location close to the trains. Great selection for breakfast.

No too many restaurants to choose from in close proximity to the hotel. The quality of the restaurant options available was excellent. We found more variety within reasonable distance via taxi.

The location is close to the Ginza. We appreciated the location's proximity to shopping and transportation/subway lines. It is a very nice place to stay and we would recommend it accordingly.

I liked it all.

The amenities in the room are amazing. The hotel is on high floors of a large and of easy access building. The staff are all welcoming and very helpful. They all spoke English which is a bonus.

At first the room had a humidity smell but having the air purifier on rectified this.

The location was excellent as train, bus, sky train and taxis were right there and we could walk to the Ginza area. There were several breakfast choices at the hotel though we preferred the buffet style with a mixture of Western and Japanese foods. The room was comfortable and the elevators to reach the floors was quick to arrive every time. The cleanliness and high standards was great and all toiletry items refilled daily.

Occupying between the 24th and 38th floors of a high rise building, the hotel is conveniently situated next to the Shiodome and Shimbashi metro stations. Superb views of the Tokyo skyline, especially at night time, from the 24th floor cafe. Very good breakfast in the morning. Staff was very helpful and overall very professional.

The hotel could have a better recycling policy and infrastructure - it would be good to have separate bins for different types of recycling, with clear instructions for guests.

It was my fifth time staying, and there's a reason I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Location is good and the staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and the room was immaculate - I enjoyed my stay.

W had an exceptional stay at the Royal Park Hotel. From start to finish, the experience on the **Executive Level** was top-notch and absolutely worth it. **Executive Lounge Access** was a major highlight. The **afternoon tea** offerings were beautifully presented and delicious, offering a quiet space to relax after sightseeing. In the evenings, the **cocktails and drinks were plentiful**, paired with a great selection of **small plates and light meals** — enough to make a light dinner if you choose. The service in the lounge was warm, attentive, and professional. **Breakfast** was another standout. A generous spread with both Japanese and Western options — everything fresh and flavorful. The breakfast area also boasts **incredible views of the Tokyo skyline**, making for a perfect start to each day. The location is super convenient — **just a short walk to Shimbashi and Shiodome train stations**, making it easy to get around Tokyo and beyond. Despite being so central, the hotel is peaceful and quiet inside. Our room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus great city views. Overall, we highly recommend booking the Executive Level — it truly elevated our Tokyo experience. We would definitely stay here again.
