Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really helpful and professional reception staff who lent us a usb converter so we could charge our phones. Complimentary water and toiletries were appreciated. The room was very comfortable and as advertised. The included breakfast offered a good selection of Japanese food.

Great location to stay the night before an early morning flight the next day! The hotel is literally located on the departure floor/check-in level. Lots to see in T3 as well as other terminals at Haneda airport!

Leave hotel on same floor as check in with hotel restaurant also on same floor. This made for seamless process in checking out for hotel and checking in for flight. Hotel will store luggage before check in and after checkout which allowed our group to shop in terminal. Breakfast which we included in our reservations was well worth it.
