Excellent location as we had a morning flight the next day and the hotel was on the same floor as departures. Really helpful and professional reception staff who lent us a usb converter so we could charge our phones. Complimentary water and toiletries were appreciated. The room was very comfortable and as advertised. The included breakfast offered a good selection of Japanese food.

For early flights, I wish the breakfast could be opened at 5h30 instead of 6h but understand it is quite early. It would be great to have netflix access on the tv too.

The location is perfect for people who needs to stay due to early flight departure and staffs are very friendly, professional and very helpful.

The check-in process using the machine wasn't particularly user-friendly. The machine works but it was a little frustrating. However, the staff was most attentive and helpful!

Great location to stay the night before an early morning flight the next day! The hotel is literally located on the departure floor/check-in level. Lots to see in T3 as well as other terminals at Haneda airport!

The bathroom is a transparent glass which means it’s see through. The ventilation is very weak so if you take a shower the steam will take ages to go. The staff are not very friendly. They offered help but it’s like they are trying to get me out asap.

Leave hotel on same floor as check in with hotel restaurant also on same floor. This made for seamless process in checking out for hotel and checking in for flight. Hotel will store luggage before check in and after checkout which allowed our group to shop in terminal. Breakfast which we included in our reservations was well worth it.

The automated check-in was a bit clunky and given the price of the hotel, a more personal check-in process would have been nicer.

If you have an early flight this hotel although expensive is ideal - its 2 minutes from check-in and security so all stress is removed.

I appreciate the property’s location and continue to return. It’s just that I didn’t pay attention to the detail when reserving when I made a reservation . My window view of outside was a wall and at the very end of the hall.

Amazing location if you are flying in to join a ship or another flight . Right in the airport . Easy to find and easy check in . Rooms are smallish but have everything you need …. And my single room even had a bath …. Which is amazing after a 12 hour flight from Australia.
