South AfricaWe really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly, and the facilities and location were excellent. The only small thing to note is that the cleaning system was a bit different from what we’re used to — eco-cleaning is a big thing in Japan, so daily cleaning wasn’t automatic. Other than that, everything was great!

JapanUnfortunately, the air-conditioner only worked when the key card was in. When I arrived, my room was very cold. I wanted to take an onsen and dinner so I couldn't warm the room up while I was out of the room. The same the following morning when I wanted a bathroom and breakfast. Next time as a solo traveller, I will ask for two key cards so I can keep the room at a decent temperature.
The room was spotlessly clean. The Onsen felt very modern and clean. I liked the free breakfast.

PolandOnsen/Sento forbidden for guests with tattoos. We really wanted to use it. Suggestion: maybe will be good to just get 'tattoed gaijins' any hours we can use it? Even very late ones ;)
We go on budget with 1 room/2ppl 1 big bed: Nice room, clean and cozy. We slept very well, fine breakfast. All amenities in room. Clean bathroom. AC work very fine. Good even for a bit longer stay or short Ebisu-fan weekend breakout (15min to Zoo/Ebisu). Shops nearby. Restaurant on place. Comfy place :) Will be back for sure in few months.

Conveniently located on the main express way heading to Sendai, the property had ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast buffet, and a great bath to relax in.
