Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Everything was great — very good quality for a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent, with some welcome gifts too.

BelgiumAll the staffs are very nice, polite and helpful. I didn't ask for room service but everyday a laundry bag will be hanging on the door with fresh towels and bath clothes in it. Very thoughtful. The breakfast is in Japanese style, delicious and healthy. With various choices.
