Hard mattress/beds! Wouldn't stay again due to this. Great location opposite station, good breakfast, minimalist room. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Station has lots of shops/eateries too.

Great location - literally across from the station. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. As per other reviews, beds were firm (but not hard) - kind of like sleeping on a futon. Slept like a baby.

I know that the hotel don't have Non smoking room. but i've booked 3 rooms for my family. i've found 1 of 3 rooms that i've smelled a heavy smoke of Cigarette.

Breakfast is O.K and Location is near a popular place that we can walk around the hotel.

The hotel's age does show in many places, as the rooms and public areas are rather worn out. The bathroom in particular could use a refresh. I found the bed much too hard, even though I usually like firm beds. Room locks are of the traditional type so make sure to lock your door manually. Wifi didn't work at all in my room.

An older hotel that provides good value for money mostly due to its excellent location. It's right in front of Aomori station so it's easy to get around by train or by foot, as most attractions of the city are right around you. Despite the central location there was no bothersome noise. Air conditioning seems to have been upgraded recently since the unit looked brand new and worked nicely. The breakfast was decent.

Smoky smell in the room...would be better if hotel can get rid of this leftover cigarette smell.

The bed was hard and when you rolled over ,the bed base cracked and creaked , it felt like it was going to fall apart. Also the bar fridge was very noisy,it made loud humming and whirring sound every time the thermostat turned on.To be fair it might have just been the one in the room I had.

The breakfast was not what they showed on the picture. The bed was so hard to sleep on and the light in the room was as if laying in a factory.

The wifi was Okay. They even have their own onsen. It is right next to the station and close to the beach.

Just a short walk from JR Aomori station. Near bus station. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices.

Bed was a bit too firm. Needed a spongy mattress protector you could feel the mattress through the sheet.

I didn't ask for my room to be cleaned and when I entered it, dirty cloths for cleaning were strewn about, my stuff was moved around and the bathroom was wet. Apparently, the maid was starting to clean, then took a break. A reception staff member suddenly appeared apologizing. I handed her the dirty stuff and told her I wouldn't need any more "cleaning." Also breakfast was a crowded and hurried affair.

The location was perfect! Right across from the train station and close to major tourist sights, resturants and shops. My room was comfortable and had a nice view.

Room a little dated, was also advised by staff to not adjust the thermostat, but it was not an issue as the windows open up and allowed cool air to come into the room.

Great Location, minutes away from Aomori Station, A-factory and Nebuta Wa-rasse Museum, opposite the tourist information centre (with English speaking staff, and super helpful), and bus stops to get around to other sites seeing locations. The bed was comfy and all amenities provided for. Breakfast included was great, did not run out of food despite it being busy (and I think fully booked). Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. Room suitable for solo traveller but will be too tight with luggage etc. with two people

I was assigned to a room on the floor where the in-house hot spring was located. It was quite noisy until late at night because of people chatting in front of the elevator

The hotel is dated, the taps in the bathrooms were the knobs type , the bathroom is very small and there is only 1 washing machine with a separate dryer on the 2nd floor. They are also rather dated.

Very good location, within walking distance to the train station and eateries. A Family Mart was just round the corner of the hotel. The breakfast is good too, with quite a selection of dishes.
