Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JapanThe facilities(showers, toilet) seemed to not have been cleaned regularly. There was also quite a lot of dust between the bed and the walls,as well as some odd forgotten things from other guests (personally found some toothpicks and a lighter).
Great price and great location-right by the Kokusai dori, and guests can go in and out freely at night. Very accomodating staff, a lot of shops and a few bus/monorail stops nearby. Great interior!

JapanMy individual room was pretty much a capsule and it had no curtains, which was annoying in the morning. Besides that, the capsule next to mine was connected to mine by a small gap close to the window, in a way that the couple in that room had to ask me to open the window for them. Yes, it was the same window for the 2 rooms, with a thin wall separating them in the middle. Since the rooms are connected, I could also hear them at night as if they were literally next to me (and they were), which was annoying and I had to tap at the wall for them to be more silent. This was the only significant issue I had, but it is so unacceptable that I gave this place a bad review.
My individual room was clean and the check in was easy. The staff was nice and the (shared) shower room is huge and has a great shower.

Italythe room was super small and felt more like a caddle wagon. the beds were uncomfortable and not so clean looking. air conditioning was present but always turned off and none could turn it on. there were cockroaches everywhere and a general bas smell in the facility. definitely not a clean place and for sure not worthy of staying there. i had booked 3 night but after the first one i ran away because it was just too much and too unpleasent

JapanIt's interesting that I'm being asked to rate a hotel I didn't not stay in. I had booked 3 night at Lohas' but was moved to Stella Resort. Once I got there, I was told that my room was not availalbe and was moved to a bigger one, great! BUUUUT, the room was horrible: awkward layout where you can't stand, so much noise (I couldn't sleep until 4 am), old futon. It was so bad I asked to be moved to another the night after, which was barely better. Both rooms looked nothing like what's on their website! The toilets are terrible too. Only swinging doors separate the urinal from the main corridor!
