location was great, staff were friendly, complimentary coffee and juice was nice, parking under the building was very nice too, view from the onsen was excellent. we will come again.

AustraliaThe location was very far out of town. Unless you have a car, anywhere by taxi is easily $30 each way. Gotemba train station is a $30 taxi ride or the hotel has a shuttle with a limited service. No restaurants nearby and the food in t he onsite restaurant is a set menu for $120 per head! Not economical for a family of 6. The hotel is under construction so the roof top onsen was not accessible, which was disappointing. Although I appreciate a solid work ethic, jack hammering outside of our room at 0800 was not ideal. It would have been nice to be put in a room not facing the workers in the morning when I opened the curtains.
The property had a a lovely onsen and comfortable beds. The staff were professional and helpful.

A great stay! Good underground parking and lovely view of Mount Fuji (currently has some construction due to renovations but not inconvenient at all). Staff were patient and helped with a slightly later checkin and luggage transfer to our next hotel - much appreciated! Room was very spacious and good amenities. 5 minute drive to more central / food areas.

AustraliaThe accommodation is very far from any of the lakes. The shuttle bus only runs from mid morning to early afternoon so if you are staying out, make sure to know where to find a taxi as they are not close. Would be great if there were more options for shuttle for the price you pay to stay. The breakfast was a 3 course meal - yet somehow lacked. It was mostly small pecking food
The room was large compared to other hotels. A wonderful view of Mt Fuji from our double bed. The bath was a great size too with legroom.

AustraliaThe rudeness of other guests using the onsen as they were not following the Japanese guidelines. The restaurant food was disappointing. However the staff lovely. However there was an Kerr lady at reception who was playing cards whilst at the desk and she left the work to a younger staff member who was having trouble helping us. I found it strange behaviour.
The onsen was fantastic and the VIEW of Fuji San was the best
