Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Indonesiathe lift very small.. and i am little bit surprised when I knew that, this hotel is love hotel. Not so familiar hotel, even police did not know the location. I asked to 5 person where the hotel location. Then i’m getting tired, I used taxi even the promotion at booking.com said that near to Shin Yokohama Station (within 700m). I showed the booking confirmation to Taxi driver. But then he drop me off at apartment. Not the hotel. I asked some ladies, only 1 person understand the location, and then they accompany me to the hotel.
The room was comfortable. Facilities in room are complete. Provide many items of soap and shampoo which we can choose.

AustraliaThis is a really under-evaluated place. You are getting much more for what you are paying for. The place is located very close to JR train station in a quiet place. Rooms are decent size, clean and new. Everything is in very good condition. The hotel has a classic-style Japanese Bath for no extra charge. I wish I could spend more time there. Definitely recommended.

Great price, great staff, huge room, massive bathroom with separate toilet, hand basin and shower, great hot water and pressure for shower, comfortable bed, all modern conveniences and lots of consumables, good location and wonderful stay.
