The biggest room we have stayed in while in Japan by far. Breakfast was also cheaper than several other hotels.

Cons: First of all, we would like to inform that our stay was between 11-14 of April which the weather wasn’t bad. It was about 20 degrees approximately! And, we were able to found a bit of snow on the ground in Hokkaido city. The only problem for us was Air Conditioning (No Airflow) The hotel provided just small air cooler machine which it wasn’t cool enough. My sons asked for turning on the air condition every time when they went into the room while the weather outside of the hotel was much better. If the hotel could make the window to open for the air flow, it would be nice to offer us a nice stay.

Pros that we like the most about Quintessa Hotel; • Staff member at the hotel are very attentive. They can speak English well and suggest any places, restaurants and attractions nearby • The location is the hotel is the best. We can access to any places by walk and Seico Mart is just a few steps from the hotel • The hotel facilities were so useful. We did laundry after a long trip and it was great. • Foods at the breakfast were sublime. The price of breakfast was so reasonable

The staff let the door open after the cleaning. Thankfully we didn't get robbed but they have to be careful with this.

One thing that was weird was that we couldn't adjust the ac. Our room was on the warmer side and it was slightly uncomfortable to sleep in.

Mostly everything here was very amazing. The rooms were spacious and wonderful decorated. The rooms include a window to look outside and the led lights were nice. Lobby was very clean with staff that knew english.

There are so much molds over the top of bathrooms. Staffs are not very polite and showing not much hospitality.

It's very spacious and the beds are very comfy. Easy parking. Good breakfast.

A little out of the way from Susukino and the Sapporo train station although subway was about 4-5 min walk. Not easy to walk though as snow on sidewalk is very slippery during winter.

The toilet amenities are limited (lack of shower cap and hair tie) and some need to pick up at the level 1.

The room that I booked is big enough for the whole family of 5 (up to 3 adults and 2 children). The cleanliness wise is pretty good. The toilet is huge, a big bath tub and a separate bathing area. The location is closed to the famous shopping street, 15-20 min walk. Parking is available a cost but the price is reasonable.

Walking Distance to JR station/ main centre, ard 5 -10 mins Clean room, the room size is quite large compared to the usual standard. The staff were helpful & tried to accommodate our requests.

A/C was noisy. Air circulation system was no good. It felt heavy. There is no window that opens. The elevator closes with no mercy, so make sure to hold the button.
