Staff was amazing! There were staff that spoke in Vietnamese, Chinese and English for us when we needed.

I wish that there was an additional sink and that the tap wasn't automatic as it was annoying to wash up sometimes.

The quality of dinner and breakfast was good. The futons were comfortable. Room was spacious. Private outdoor onsen which you can ask the staff to increase the temperature of the water.

The outdoor onsen that came with the room was pretty though it had dead worms and bugs in it haha. No charging port near the futons.

Unfortunately we don't speak any Japanese, however the hotel employs an English-speaking staff member who was extremely friendly and provided us with exceptional service during Check-In, Check-Out and all meals. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. The Open-Air-Stonebath was an absolute highlight and we used it multiple times during our one-night-visit. It was clean, spacious and the temperature was perfect. The room itself was traditional and beautiful, with an amazing view down on the sea. Upon asking, the hotel provided us with a free shuttle back to the train station which we highly appreciated.

Food was great, the girl staff who spoke English helped us on everything was super helpful with our schedules, transportations etc. The hotel was located on the hill to some extent so we got no disturbances around. Super traditional Japanese rooms and the spacious fresh Onsen was wonderful. There were steep stairs before we entered the hotel but the staff helped us take the suitcases to the room so that was fine.

The day we stayed at the hotel was rainy badly so bugs came in. But they offered bug repellent coils so that killed many bugs in room.

Amazing food and wonderful staff. They had someone who spoke English during our stay and made us feel so welcomed. The hot spring water felt amazing!

Beautiful location but definitely plan on a taking a taxi otherwise you’ll end up walking 16mins on a side of a busier road.
