Great location on mountain, food was really good, breakfast was different every day. Had dinner there as well it was nice. Rooms are small but expected.

It’s easy to go skiing or snowboarding. The lift is just next to the hotel. The hotel owner is kind and funny. I have a great experience here.

Not much storage in the hotel room for ski clothes.

Fantastic location, right on Uwanodai slope - actual ski-in ski-out. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was great and good value. Nice draught beer! Shower in room with a shared hot bath that could be booked for free. There's a ski/boot room in the basement that opens onto the slope. The decor is a bit dated but in a very charming way.

Very accommodating host - allowing us to use the dining area even though we did not buy from the restaurant. Plus, host provided us water! Thank you for your hospitality. Host also helped us with the bags in the thick snow.

A bit dated, not very flexible for checkout. On our last day we were not allowed to take a shower after skiing after check out which is unfortunate.

Ski – in, ski – out. Very loud room, good on site services. The owner is very sweet and helpful, you can buy your ski lift tickets on site and he will advise you on the resort.

Hard to find. Maybe put in the information to access it is you have to go to the ski lift which is in the Zao Base Centre Jupeer. Then from there when you arrive call the property to help you drag the suitcase to the hotel.

Location right in the slopes. The property has character. I love the wallpaper it has this old feeling to it, clean place. I love the hot bath tub you can book 24hrs.

The hotel is within the ski resort which you need to carry your luggages uphill, walking on snow. Recommend walking on the driveway (less snow, easier to access) then walking a bit downhill on snow to reach the hotel

Actually, really nothing. Everything is near to perfect here. Room size is big. Private toilet. Super good view. Good food.

First, the design of the house is super western and super beautiful just right infront of ski slopes. I have a once in a lifetime view from my room and also breakfast area! Second, that's the only hostel comes with private room (as far as I know). Third, I actually paid for the breakfast and dinner and I NEVER REGRET to do so (even though you can have some food out there but is abit far). The dinner is just WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. Experience yourself and you will know what I meant. It is Extremely exceeded my expectation, even after so many days I am back to my country while I writing this review, I am still so in love of everything I have experience here. Come here during winter, must come. And I'm super pleased to be served by the old couple, so simple, so genuine, soooo awe!

i am a little bit disappointed because the room i was in didn't have a bidet in the toilet. despite that, the rest was fine.

the staff were very friendly. they guided me to my room. one time i was lost while finding my room from the restaurant, the staff was quick to help me. during registration, the staff explained everything in detail which was very easy to understand. The surroundings were satisfying. it was very close to the ski area. At night, it was calm (little to almost no noise) that i was able to rest calmly.

The location is great for ski in & out however you have to carry your luggage up the ski slope. Only one long pillow for the double bed. Only one time for breakfast 7.30 am with no flexibility

We were charged for 2 breakfasts that our daughter didn’t have and not offered to eat it, and also the portions were very small. Other meals were very nice.location was difficult to get to we were lucky that the owner could assist us, as 2 metres of snow with heavy luggage not easy.the beds were very hard, and hot water not hot enough

A very Japanese culture, ski in and ski out lift close by, we had a view of the lift and skiers and night skiing a beautiful experience to see. Many restaurants great food and found down the road,the little dragon cafe made the best coffee.also a mention for the united cafe was the best food experience worth the walk.

The room was very dusty and there were stains on the furniture. The bed was very hard and had to be accessed by a ladder. The bed was too short and there were no sheets. The bathroom was too small, which is standard for Japanese hotels.

Perfect location for skiing, right at the slope (that is also used for night skiing). Friendly staff. Discounts for ski rental, onsen and lift tickets were available. Smooth check-in and check-out process, they let me check in in the morning. Good Wifi.
