The staff was exemplary, but it is easy to notice the difference when one is used to Japanese service (way of speaking).

Very clean, a bit uphill so if you're worried about tsunamis, it's actually good. The beach is still a walk away but it's definitely feasible. Extremely good value at the price I've paid.

It is not walking distance from the beach. So definitely need to go by car. But there is a big parking area near the hotel, so it was fine for us.

Rooms are clean, the bedding too. New AC in the room and spacious. Staff was friendly. And the breakfast for ¥500 was worth it.

Breakfast is not included but it's only 500 yen and it's a great breakfast for the price. The accommodation is simple but this is all you need when you will spend the whole day at the beach exploring.

There was nothing to not like except maybe that the walk up to the place can be quife confusing if you're just relying on google maps, and tiring since it's uphill. But that's not really an issue on the accommodation's part. It can also be argued that the charm of the place is because of it's location.

The staff were the best and the kindest. They were very helpful in all our needs from the shuttle to and from the hotel, the check-in, the food, and everything else. The place is also clean and very comfortable. Although there are no near konbinis, you can buy food and drinks in the place which is very convenient. Lastly, the mountain view and the surroundings of the place was very refreshing and beautiful.

Unfortunately the “western breakfast” was already unavailable when I tried to reserve, so I got the traditional Japanese breakfast and it was a nice surprise, with good variety!

All the staff is super nice and welcoming and the food has great quality, especially the Japanese curry.

We prefer the bigger beach with fantastic waves down the road which is a bit of a trek uphill on the way back but very manageable. Beach down the road is an easy walk

The place is quite far from the main toad and the entrance of the parking area was narrow but since the parking was free of charge , it’s tolerable.

The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable.. The balcony had a great sea view. It was so quiet and peaceful. The owner was very friendly. It was up in the hills, so ideally you need your own transportation.

It’s not bad, but if you’re coming here by train or on foot, make sure to bring everything you need like food and other stuff in one trip. The place is uphill, so walking back and forth can be tough. We asked if breakfast was available, but unfortunately, they didn’t have it at that time.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The fridge and TV were both working, too. The mountain view was really nice. I also got to have fun without getting scolded at night, haha. The person who gave us the keys was easy to talk to and very kind. We also found out that you’re allowed to do te hanabi (handheld fireworks) outside the building, which is a nice option.
