The place is really old and had a weird smell in the hallways. The one headboard and carpets were stained and didn't look good.

Very spacious, nice amenities. The staff were really nice and I used the shuttle to the station which made travelling with luggage easier.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment as the reception, lifts and rooms looked quite tired.

I don't have any specific complaints. I think it was worth the price!

This hotel felt like a very luxiorious hotel that did not manage to keep up with tech advancements. Access to rooms was with our good and old key, so no elevator access control with card keys. However, I felt the whole facility was pretty safe. The room was very spacious, much more than usual business hotels. I was surprised with the size of the bathroom as well. Overall, everything was clean (but I can't say anything about how clean the carpets were. I think those are never actually clean ^^"). The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and more International food. It had a good variety and everything tasted good! Location-wise, this hotel is very near the Kobe International Convention Center, where I had a conference to attend. Therefore, it was very convenient for me. However, there are not many places to eat around the Port Island, so for most of my meals, I took the Portliner towards Sannomiya.

The location is suitable if you are attending an event in the international conference center or exhibition hall. There was a free shuttle bus every hour to Sannomiya and Shin Kobe stations, which was very convenient. Breakfast was great. The staff were very kind and cooperative. Overall, it was a great value for money.

Everything is wonderful. Staff have provided good take care of us. This is the first time in Japan if we come next time. We will select this hotel again. So comfortable 7-11 just in front of property

The staff is totally unprofessional and their English is very poor. The English in salesperson of a shop is even better English than the front desk staff. Also, I requested them to book the massage for me in the morning before going out for that night I returned. They didn't do it and said it was fully booked. But how can it be fully booked as the massage can only be booked the slots on that night and start for booking at 18:00. If the staff did do my request to book it when it opened at 18:00. How can it be fully booked when it just starts? Obviously they didn't do their job for my request. Then they didn't even apologize for not doing so when I returned to the hotel at night to check the booking. The manager "SHOTA OTSUKI" was totally unprofessional and impolite for telling me they didn't book. He hasn't apologised and also he thought he was the one in charge the hotel. It didn't listen my complaint at all. If the hotel still hire such untrained staff with poor English, it is really hard for tourists to come to stay in this hotel. On the other hand, they didn't clean my room properly everyday and refilled the items. as my 4 nights stay, they didn't even refilled the toilet paper. Luckily I brought enough tissues with me during travel. And the bathroom hasn't been tidy up and cleaned daily.

The location is good and close to the concert venue. And it can see the beautiful sunrise from my room window.

Spacious and well furnished room. Great window view from the 15th floor, where we can see mountain, sea and Railway station simultaneously. Also spacious and beautiful common lobby at the ground floor. I liked the breakfast also. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Kobe was great.
