The location, the complimentary alcoholic drinks, free chilled sparkling water, coffee, tea etc.

The beds are very small doubles and really firm. The whole place is a bit tired and dated. The breakfast was limited and repetitive.

The staff, all the included amenities and complimentary stuff, the point system, the food, the location.

No wardrobe. The size of the bed could be bigger.

Everything!! The location for the price, the free breakfast and laundry services as well as free bike rentals! Not to mention the staff! They were nice and so helpful. We had a medical emergency in the late evening and didn’t know how to get to the hospital and helped us to do so. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The location is very close to the city centre, the staff is very nice, polite and helpful.

Great location. The breakfast and refreshments available during the day were quite good as well. The facilities are clean and the staff is very gentle. They have free bikes available as well.

Furniture and decoration at the room and facilities feel a bit old, it might need an update soon, as well as the bikes.

Great service & staff, super interesting local breakfast, and a wonderful atmosphere. All the extra touches — like sparkling water, tea, vinegar drinks, evening local alcohol, washing and drying machines, souvenirs, essential oils, extra hangers, and the overall attention to detail and local vibe - are fabulous.

Even though the hotel is absolutely charming, it’s clear that it could use a bit of renovation. Refreshing the carpets, furniture, and walls would be worthwhile. It's all clean and trim. It’s just a matter of the visible passage of time.

Everything was amazing! They offer a wide array of things for free like fresh sparkling and still water, drinks that you can make yourself at the lobby and many more things! We enjoyed our stay a lot and wished we could have stayed more

The woman at reception was extremely helpful but the man who was there the following morning was not. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Iriomote ferry.

The free breakfast was beyond our expectations. The hotel also offer 5 hours of free bicycle rental which is convenient for us to go around the town.

The bed in our room was a little small for 2 people. We didn’t get any notice about the bed size beforehand, however we still managed to fit in. We also wish there were more recommendations for restaurants & izakayas.

Everything was really good ; the staff very kind and welcoming, an excellent breakfast ; the room very clean and a comfortable bed. The hotel also gives access to a well equipped laundry ; bike rental is proposed. There is also free water and tea all day long. It’s situated 10 minutes on foot from the ferry and bus terminal. Highly recommended !

This hotel tries really hard. Free coffee all day, free drinks from 3pm, reasonable breakfast, coffee maker with pods in room, a points program for not requesting room service that lets you “buy” snacks, nice staff. The room was a bit small but they always are in Japan and it was adequate. Nice sitting area on the ground floor. Near the port. Very quiet.

The wifi was a bit fragile sometimes freezing or dropping out.

Good location on a quiet street near the port. Staff are friendly and helpful. The open bar for tea, water etc. and happy hour is great.

Rooms are fine but more on the basic end. Rooms are quite small unless you reserve the 3 bedroom rooms which have a lot more space. Would be nice to have an in-room safe but you can leave valuables with the front desk

Loved the environmental aspects of the hotel, trying to limit their impacts. Breakfast was delicious, and great to have drinks, alcohol and the laundry room included. Would definitely stay again

What an excellent hotel very close to the town center and the port and within walking distance to everything. The decor is a bit dated but the service is excellent. The free bar and vouchers is a great idea. It was a lot of fun to chat to people in the bar in the evenings I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.

The staff is very present and attentive, the location is very convenient by foot from the shopping streets, ferry and bus terminal. very spacious bed.We enjoyed the walks in the park after the bridge, where you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the sunset . The hotel has many free services with the coffee machine, tea bar, fresh or sparkling water and bar. As well as the washing machine available for free, shoes dryer in case of rain was great . The reward system in the form of vouchers to spend at certain local merchants set up to avoid energy waste is a very good thing which we also adhered to and appreciated.Thank you for this pleasant stay.
