The staff were lovely and incredibly kind. The location is very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station. I loved the traditional Japanese-style rooms and relaxing Onsen. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again.

The stuffs are friendly, speak good English. This place has many cute details, you can tell they are running this place with passion. The private onsen is limited to half hour but def worth to try. Perfect place for a short stay.

A small room with shared facilities (bathroom, showers, onsen) but the price and location can't be beat. This place is incredibly affordable and steps away from the train station. A highlight was the onsen bath. Though shared with other guests, you simply reserve a spot and you're soaking in warm mineral water, a nice way to wrap up a day. Would recommend if you're trying to keep costs as low as possible while still not sacrificing the experience.

I loved everything about this property. Location is perfect next to the train station. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. The facilities, including fridge water and microwave were very convenient. I would definitely recommend this spot. Incredible value for money. Great little Asian inspired restaurant right next door.

25 m from Kii Katsurra train station is definitely an advantage for travellers with luggage. Able to lock luggage before check-in. This iplace is very neat & clean

It was very good. Didn’t realise we could have rented a yukata. We had finished the Kumado Kodo in the rain but the staff were very lovely & offered us towels to dry off. A yukata would have been nice as everything was damp, but that’s all, it was great for the price

Had great facilities, clean, Japanese style rooms. Very good location. Across from the station but never heard the train. Very close to Onsen & restaurants. Helpful staff there was always someone on hand.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hostel. The tatami room with a futon mattress was cozy and gave a nice traditional touch. It’s in a great location—very close to the station and the bus stop to get to Nachi Falls, which was super convenient. There was a kitchen available with some basic cooking equipment, though we didn’t use it much. One of the highlights was the onsen—it was a relaxing way to end the day. Would definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area!

Futons were not very comfortable or tatami was not soft enough.

Great location, very convenient. Authentic room and feeling of being home. Staff was friendly and speaks perfect English for those who don't speak Japanese.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Amazing location right by the train/ bus station, including the bus to Nachisan. Super attentive and friendly staff. Cosy, clean and comfortable room. Convenient and clean shared facilities. Onsen avaliable on a first booked, first served basis. Gorgeous art inspired entrance. Very highly recommended!

RIght next to the station. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Really good onsen that can be booked - officially 30 minutes per room, but we had a 4 person room and they could help us book a longer timeslot if it wasn't too busy. The whole house is traditionally Japanese and simply beautiful. The hotel also has a little kitchen with a microwave and a vending machine. Very practical!

Staff were very nice, private Onsen was great as you can adjust the water yourself. Location was great too.

We arrived early and could store our luggage (self service) so we could spend our day in Nachisan before checking in in the evening. Short walking distance to the train station and bus stop to Nachisan. Our room for 4 was very spacious. Would stay again if I visit the area in the future.
