It was right on the main drag, you could get everywhere from there. There was so much room, we’ve been in tiny hotels the whole trip for the same price, this was luxury.

loved the room so much! best stay in okinawa. very clean and super spacious. free valet parking everyday, they even fetch your car for you in the morning. drinks in the bar were aplenty and complimentary. toilet seat was amazing, it opens by itself! location was great too, very near by drive to international street! the bed was literally two large beds combined, super big. would definitely stay here again. only thing that needs to be improved is the pillows, it’s very flat and provides no support to the neck

The location is excellent. It is easily accessible to the monorail and bus terminal (walking distance). It is near to a mall and the International Street.

We loved everything about the stay - from the welcoming and helpful staff to the gorgeous room and complimentary drinks! Valet parking service was super handy, and the location is great if you want to be in the centre of Naha! Our room was huge, tidy and very comfortable. I will gladly stay at this hotel again :)

The room did smell a bit but this was probably due to the very high humidity in Naha. We tried the (western) breakfast one morning which is provided as a room service at an additional cost. We would not recommend the western breakfast option.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and had good recommendations for beaches and day trips. The room was spacious, free water and drinks (beer/soft drinks) were filled everyday in the minibar.

We ordered breakfast on our last day but unfortunately I was not particularly impressed with the taste of the traditional breakfast. Although it was nice that they served it to your room at the time requested by the guest.

We booked the Premier EXES Twin Room and it’s significantly larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms and the mini bar was free and refilled every day - this was a real bonus. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our five nights there. The staff were also extremely helpful and patient. The pool was a bit small but my toddler enjoyed swimming in it with the floats provided by the hotel. The hotel is also a short walk from Kokusai-dori and there are convenience stores right next to the hotel entrance.

Not really a problem, though the hotel has a swimming pool that we could not use as the entry is not permitted if you have visible tattoos. We understand it is a cultural thing, and the staff will be very upfront and open about it, but it's good to be aware.

The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and we were very happy to discover upon our arrival that the room offers complementary food and drink some of which are replentished for free every day. The room we were in was very comfortable and luxurious, complete with a bath tub and a very big bathroom. The view was also very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is quite close a stop of the monorail that goes through Naha and also to a promient bus stop used by organized tours.

Very comfortable large rooms and a wonderful bathroom. The location is very close to Kokusai-dori, which is the Main Street in Naha. The breakfast in the room was also kind of cool. There is a choice between western and Japanese breakfast. The Japanese one was very divers.

There is nothing that I didn't like, I loved my stay!

The hotel's location is excellent. Very near the airport and also perfectly located for local transport links. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Very quiet and clean room, very helpful staff. Also walking distance to some beautiful historical and spiritual sites.

The coin laundry was expensive and not within the main building. You need to leave through the main entrance, cross the the car entrance and go to a separate room, which has no security. Everyone could enter just from the street and access without hotel card, pin or anything else. Also the machines could not be locked by pin. I see here potential for improvement.

Big room, very comfortable, nice interior. Friendly staff and good service. Location close to everything worth shopping and bus stations.
