Room features a bit old, a lot of wear & tear. Staff customers service are not friendly at all. The Hotel Staff only give Priority Services for the Pilot Personnel and Air craft Cabin Crew.

Location is Superb!!!! Room is large. It has a coin Laundry Services. Free water dispenser for you to use at the Public Area. Breakfast has a lot of variety for you to choose. During check out time, at the Hotel Lobby Area, there are ready standby Luggage Trolley for you use.

The airconditioner initially did not work for our room. We had to call front desk for service. Good thing they were able to send the service up quickly and resolved the issue. Brought out fan and turned on humidifier as the airconditioner is trying to reset and cool down the room. Eventually our room did get cold.

The location! Location is perfect for Kansai Airport flights. Walkable, easy access. The staffs too were very pleasant and accomodating. Room is also super spacious.

It took me a while to find the reception as you need to take a covered passage at level 2F when arriving by train to access the hotel building. Then you need to go down to 1F to find the reception. Not of a big deal though! Breakfast did not start before 7 am which I found late considering the type of customers at the hotel (early flights etc), however there is food available at a convenience store in the building.

Having a flight the next morning I chose this hotel. The location is in fact ideal, in front of the airport (only a few min walk to Terminal 1 int departures). Everything went very well and the single room was the biggest one of my Japan trip. It was very well equipped, comfortable, I was able to get good sleep. Staff was extremely polite and professional. A great stay, I would definitely come back again.

We have been here multiple times but this time I want to highlight the customer service specially at check in. They've accommodated our requests for cancellations and adjustments in our bookings without hassle. Cannot recommend this hotel enough when you're in Osaka.

It couldn’t be any closer to the airport, you walk out and you’re in the terminal. Very handy if you have an early or late flight. Breakfast is from 7am and I have never seen so many choices. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities.

for food options it was a disaster. the food at the hotel itself is very very overpriced and not special at al there are other food options close by but the places didn't look hygienic at all so we ended up at a restaurant in the airport

Quite a basic room for an overnight stay before flying out it is equipped with all necessities but dated - they are working on renewing some rooms location wise, the reason you would book - closeness to the airport
