SingaporeOnly thing to improve will be the aircon setting in the room which takes a while for the room to be cool.
We booked a twin room, although the room size is small but it is very clean and comfortable to stay in. The toilet is also very clean and placement of items are well thought of for customers. The location is very convenient next to the train station and within short bus/walking distance to nearby attractions. The hotel is right above a shopping mall so easily accessible to food places and a supermarket. Has a nice night view from the hotel floor.

Hotel is located nearby train station (Sakuragicho) at the station you can find Nogecho area (izakayas, restaurant and etc). On the other side of the station you can enjoy a nice view of the city skyline or get into observatory deck at sky garden. From Sakuragicho station go can go to Yokohama station, Motomachi and Chinatown. Sakuragicho station is one station away from Yokohama station from there 35 minutes to Tokyo, 30 minutes to Kamakura and 1 hour to Hakone.

SingaporeCity view from my room but very hot in the afternoon with direct sun. This is the down side of the room. The room is rather dark because of the carpet and the interior decor. Prefers brighter and more cheerful interior.
Is very convenient next to the JR station. And next to the shopping mall. Good restaurants overlooking the harbour. Enjoy the view while dining in.

ItalyThe staff memeber who checked me in wasn't very friendly, they gave me the feeling that I wasn't welcome there because I would only spend one night... Nevertheless, they were helpful when needed.
The room was extremely spacious, cozy and gave a sense of warmth. The bathroom also was huge, not the usual all-plastic japanese cheap bathrooms, but a complete, enjoyable space with great style and lighting. The hotel couldn't be more central in the area of Sakuragicho/Landmark Tower, and gave countless possibilities for shopping or dining.

United StatesThe lighting in the rooms was very dim, which made it difficult to see or read comfortably. It would have been helpful to have brighter or more focused lighting, especially for reading or viewing something without having to rely on the light from our phones.
We were particularly impressed by the hotel’s excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. Additionally, the associates working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the property truly stood out—it was evident that great care is taken to maintain a high standard.
