Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The location is really good, just a few steps away from Yokohama China Town.

A lovely hotel, deserving of the Grand name. Super comfortable rooms. What stands out though is the amazing service from every one of the staff. They were all so sweet and friendly, and so kind! I messed up my reservation dates and they refunded me for a night when they really didn't need to.

Location and view of the harbour were excellent. Just a short walk from the matomachi chukagai station made it easy. We arrived later than expected after 12am and the staff were still friendly and welcoming. The room was well appointed and clean.

We reserved a room with a view of the bay. They gave us the 13 floor, It had a superb view of the gardens and the pier. We came back to Yokohama with a cruise, It is very close to, say 600 más of the pier. The bus stop to Haneda AirPort is right in front of the hotel. 100 mts from Chinatown gate, 200 mts of the the Tower and 500 mts of Motomachi street. It is a Classic beautiful hotel. There is no better location for a person who cruises from Yokohama.

TurkeyWe chose this hotel for its near to the port for our cruise. You can reach the port by bus one stop or by walking for 10 minutes. There are also lively streets behind the hotel, which you can explore. Just one bus stop past the port and another stop will bring you to another vibrant tourist attraction. The rooms were quite spacious by Japanese standards.
