The room and location is superb! It's truly "absolute comfort" when staying at Nagi Kurashiki. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It's near the station, walkable to the Bikan Historical Quarters and premium outlets. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Spacious and stylish rooms in a great location right next to the station but in a quiet back street. Walking distance to the historic Bikan quarter. Lovely staff.

Surprisingly nice room, very comfortable, close to historical city center and the station. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a big parking slot just next to.

We found it a little difficult to find as set back off the street.

It was much bigger than expected, which was very special. Separate toilet also very nice. Lovely and clean, convenient location.

The entrance was a little hard to find.

The staff was kind and professional, the facility as a whole was very modern and well kept, and the room was very big. I stayed with a family of 5 and we were very comfortable. It was also very nice that they offered parking at a low rate and so close to the hotel.

The room was clean, spacious & pleasant. Everything we needed was there. The sofa turned in a comfortable extra bed. It was a short stroll to the old center.

The accomodations was perfect for us. If there were suggestions, I would recommend coin laundry and vending machine for beverages.

Location: The hotel was easy access to kurashiki station, outlet mall, coin laundry, and close to the kurashiki bikan historical quarter. Room: The room was spacious and clean. Living area separate from the beds was a plus. Communication: They kept us fully informed of any updates even though we did not speak Japanese they used their phones and were accommodating. Id you're looking for additional amenities other than lodging you won't find it here. However if you're looking for lodging for sleeping this was perfect.

No Eng speaking staff Wrong direction for parking and thus had to pay public fare for 2 days parking(1500x2) instead of the hotel discounted fare (1000x2) Hotel was located in a good place in the city centre , just 3 min walk to metro, but it was a short building in between several taller buildings, so when you drove there with GPS, could hardly find it unless you got out from the car and walked through a short small path to find it

The room is spacious and tidy, it's about 2 2-minute walk after getting out of the Kurashiki station. The staff is very friendly, especially, Haruka from the front desk is easy to communicate, and provides a great service. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Kurashiki.

The staff is lovely! The hotel gives a feeling of home! The rooms are pampering - spacious and very clean. We sleep 3 people in the room. The location is very convenient, really close to the station and really close to everything you want to see in the area.
