The only thing that could be improved would be the breakfast. A great selection of lots of food items but each individual item could have been better quality/freshness. Perhaps reducing the range and increasing the quality? But the kids enjoyed the icecream at breakfast!

Perfect location five minutes from the center and the port and very close to the bus terminal where buses to the airport also depart and arrive. The structure is very large and is divided into a renovated part and an older one. The rooms in the new part are large and functional, some also have a comfortable balcony. Everything was very clean both the rooms and the common areas. The hotel offers various restaurants, a large public bathroom, an internal shop, various drinks dispensers spread throughout several points and convenient washing machines and dryers that work very well and quickly. The staff is helpful, and present day and night. The clientele is mainly Japanese, Chinese and Korean, therefore the hotel is not particularly familiar with Western customers. The welcome drink available every day at the entrance is kind with jasmine tea, lemonade made from local lemons and awamori. The hotel offers massage reservations at a reasonable price

Internet was unstable in the room.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The rooms were large for Japan and the beds were very comfortable. Also a very clean hotel. The highlight is the buffet breakfast with a variety of food offered daily. There’s no free parking at the hotel. The parking at the hotel is ¥100/hour. I suggest parking at the ferry terminal across the hotel since it is ¥50/hour from 20:00 to 08:00.

Great location right by the boat terminal and bus station. In the city center close to restaurants. Nice bath house and good breakfast with lots of options. Friendly check in staff and offered eco cleaning.

Breakfast buffet was full of Okinawa local foods. Delicious and delightful. Room was cozy with good harbor view, Hotel building was clean and cozy, but seemed not new fashioned. But, that made little bit nostalgic mood nice to stay.

Location was excellent right between the busstation and the ferry terminal , in the center close to a lot of restaurants. Very extensive breakfast buffet with also enough choices for western tastes.

The location in front of the port is very convenient. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable Two of the three restaurants were very good, the Gettoan was delicious.

The staff and tour desk were friendly fulfilling our requests during our stay. The hotel’s shop was also a nice feature if you wanted to buy souvenirs etc. The convenience of two coin laundry areas was great too costing 300¥ (£1.50) for half hour. Additionally, they have a bath house which was lovely. The location is very convenient as it is opposite the remote island ferry terminal too. Highly recommend if visiting Ishigaki Island. This hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Ishigaki Airport (taxi costing 3300¥ ≈ £16)

Nothing really. I haven't had a chance to check out their pool and SPA so cannot comment though.

I stayed at the new building, and the room had a balcony facing the harbor which is nice. The room was very clean and new, I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient (just right across the harbor, which is the start point of most off-shore activities/tour). I also participated in the hotel's private tour to Kamaya island and saw many cute rabbits. The hotel staff don't speak too much English, but they are generally very willing to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to everyone. p.s. The hotel also has a policy which if you agree to skip room cleaning, you'll receive a coupon for dining. I really liked the idea of environment preservation, and also enjoyed spending the coupon at breakfast.

The whole property and the rooms are really old and desperately need a refresh. Furniture was ruined. Not as clean as you would expect.
