We arrived late and left in the morning, so did not spend much time there, but regardless had a very pleasant stay. Late check-in process was very straightforward, the room had everything we needed for the night's stay and the bed was super comfortable and wide. The hotel is on the parallel street of the famous Honcho street and Fuji view without the crowds and traffic! No complaints, excellent value for money and would definitely recommend!

The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. You can enjoy views of Mount Fuji from the rooftop. Breakfast is available from a food truck parked in front of the house in the morning. This hotel was really close to the station, very convenient.

I echo my fellow travelers' positive comments about location, rooftop deck views, room size, staff, and common area/kitchen. We also appreciated a second chair that could be folded away, a window that opened, and comfy firm beds with two types of pillows. We enjoyed meals at the burger place and Yoshida udon casual restaurant at the mall at the train station, just a few minutes' walk away.

You could not quite see Fuji from the room but there is a roof top terrace that you can see the mountain (if you are lucky).

Amazing set up. Megu was very helpful, in very good English. All the staff were super friendly. Is also right next to the station so really a perfect spot. To top of off, they kept our bags in storage from 9:00 until 19:00 so we had another full day exploring!

I like how it’s conveniently located near the station. This is a very cosy stay place. I can see mt Fuji from the highest level.

The restaurants nearby the hotel were not open, perhaps because it was weekday. So we have to walk a bit to get a restaurant for dinner.

The location is right behind the Mt. Fuji station. The room is spacious and clean, the amenities are good. The luggages can be left at the hotel before and after check in which is very helpful. The roof top cafe with Mount Fuji view is superb. We really enjoy our stay.

Everything was wonderful. If I had to say one thing, I guess it would have been nice to have a bathtub, but it wasnt a problem.

The room was bright, clean and modern. No bathtub, but the shower was so nice, I didnt mind at all. Bed was comfortable; convenient outlets by bed for charging phone. Fridge and hot water heater in room.

- you had to pay a small fee to rent the iron, while in other hotels it’s for free - staff’s English is very poor -the hotel didn’t have a Japanese interior, was quite basic - not a lot to do around when it’s raining, a lot of restaurants were also closed

Pros: - nice view from rooftop terrace - close to station, chureito pagoda and the famous street to see Mt fuji - free coffee/tea - big bed - bike rental is cheaper than other places
