Great position, walking distance to airport Portliner and all other train services. Breakfast was adequate and the fruit was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free snacks in the lobby were a bonus. Auto check in and check out very easy.

Comfortable stay, very clean, great location. Beds quite comfortable for Japanese 3-star accommodation. 5-10 min walk to main shopping street Kokusai Dori, and just down the road from the bus station, which is the hub for tours and local bus travel. 3 minute walk to monorail station. The units are compact but very functional, and there is a microwave, fridge and kettle, which is very handy. Staff are polite and helpful. Fully recommended if you prefer to be away from the din of the busy main street.

SingaporeThe queen bed is much smaller than the usual size which we find it very uncomfortable and squeezy for 2 persons to sleep on. No housekeeping service is provided during our stay and every room is provided with a vacuum cleaner for self-cleaning if required.
The hotel is located conveniently near rail station and bus station. The room was very cleaned when checked in. Every room is provided with a 2-in-1 washing machine and a microwave which is a plus point in choosing this hotel.

United KingdomBeds are on the firm side and quite noisy from outside (ear plugs resolve this). If doing a wash, nowhere to hang clothes to dry (washing machine does have a drying facility). Quite tight to navigate around the beds.
Hotel was in a good location for getting to/from the airport and around Naha. Room was clean with a washing machine and detergent. Staff were friendly and hands off. Shower was powerful with hot water.

SingaporeNo parking at hotel and nearby public parking is expensive or limited lots. This is a big downside if you are renting a car. Toilet also quite small and didn't like the tap system. Plan carefully if you are washing clothes cos the washer cum dryer in the room takes ages.
Very accessible to everywhere, especially the airport by monorail. The room was clean and comfortable. Lawson just diagonally across the road, and some eateries around. Hotel also nice to let us leave our luggage with them after check out. Lobby area lots of seats and charging points, really understand travellers' needs.
