It is very close to the station and there is also a parking lot right in front. I paid around ¥6,100 (daily rate with Genius discount) for a couple and I probably wouldn't pay more for this hotel. The staff are helpful and can communicate with basic English or mime. There was a foreign staff member who spoke excellent English. You can leave your luggage at the hotel before checking in. There is a microwave, electric kettle and minibar in the room. The air conditioning worked well.

The room is small, the semi-double bed may be uncomfortable for bigger people. The pillow is very low. The duvet looked worn, with lint. There was a white stain of dirt on the duvet, fortunately it was small and only near the feet. There was also a large dark stain on the carpet right in front of the minibar. The bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty. So I think the cleaning was not very good at the time. I didn't like the shower, it's very strong, but the water outlets are wide, so a lot of water splashes everywhere. There's no shower cap as an amenity, so if you don't bring your own, you'll end up with wet hair. The noise insulation in the bathroom is poor. The toilet flushing or some other plumbing fixture was making a noise of water running down the drain during the night.

The location is very close to the station and convenience store. I like that they provide a microwave in each room, make it convenient to heat meals for breakfast.

The room is a bit small. But, it's good enough for one person.

Only bad point is the constant (24 hour) music playing in hallways that can be heard in your room. Initially thought room next door had left their TV on loud!
