Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Hong KongEverything is good except that you may hear some noise about chair moving from the upper floor.
The flat is spacious and well renovated. There are 4 beds and can be partitioned into two separate rooms if necessary.

Singapore- The instructions for garbage disposal could be clearer, especially for long-term stays where food waste and personal items need frequent disposal. - Staff enter the room to clear trash, which raises security concerns since there are no locks on the rooms or safes for storing valuables. -while they do offer luggage storage for early arrivals, or early check-in with charges, there are no clear instructions in the lobby, so guests need to plan ahead and inform the staff in advance. - The weatherproofing and soundproofing are poor. We could hear ambulances at night and footsteps from the floor above, and the room got extremely cold in colder weather. - The room door uses a manual lock, which can be slightly inconvenient. - Lobby security is a concern, as anyone can enter the building and access different floors.
The hotel is conveniently located about two bus stops from Hakata Station, with multiple buses available. It’s also within walking distance of Canal City. The spacious and comfortable rooms(which you can closed to make 2 different rooms) come with a kitchen, washer, and dryer, making them ideal for daily washing and light cooking. With only one room per floor, the stay felt private and quiet. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel also provides umbrellas for rainy days. A Lawson is right next door, and a 7-Eleven is just across the street, along with plenty of nearby food options.

ThailandAs same as the picture that the place is a little bit small, but still practical for 6 people. It's more suitable for 4 people according to the size of the room.
Quite good. The bathroom is suberb! The kitchenwear equipment and bathroom complimentary are very well prepare. The room is private as there is one room per floor.

Hong KongThere was supposed to be a baggage storage area since checking in early before 4pm will incur additional charges. However, response from property was slow. Thankfully it got resolved eventually.
Spacious, accessible and well equipped with good facilities in each room. Check in and check out procedures are relatively easy as well despite not having a manned reception. Good privacy as well since there is only one unit per floor.

Hong KongBecause the hotel does not have front desk staff. We have to communicate with them by messenger apps. The staffs were helpful but you may expect some delay in response. We stay for about 1 week or so, therefore we need to contact them for collection and disposal of garbage, it took 2 days before the trash could be removed from just outside our apartment main door.
The room was spacious and cozy. Despite it was a self-check in hotel, the process was smooth and easy. The location was quiet but convenience. Close proximity to convenience store and local fresh market. The open kitchen was well equipped, the apartment also contains a washing+drying cloth machine, which was a good news for travelers who will stay for longer time as they don't have to worry about the laundry. The most spectacular design of the hotel was the movable compartment doors inside the room, which you can easily modified it into from either a HUGE studio apartment with 4 double-beds to a 2 bedroom flat with 2 double-beds each. The combination.

GreeceCheck in procedure is really complicated especially if you arrive earlier.. There are ways to get help but you'll have to guess in order to find them... The front desk wasn't really helpful when I asked for English instructions about using the washing machine. They responded something like "there are not English instructions we're sorry..." I must point out that the cleaning lady offered to help when she came by to change the towels so that's a plus..
Very nice location and spacious apartment. Not much noise even though it's located in the center. Really good water pressure!

United KingdomAtrocious communications. The hotel is unmanned so it’s essential for them to have a really slick check-in system. They do not. Neither the hotel nor booking.com sent us the access code we needed to get in on the day of our arrival, despite me having messaged them to request it to avoid any problems. As a result we ended up stuck in the foyer for 2 hours, trying to phone the hotel concierge service (to no avail) and then booking.com (very expensive call, and had to be done twice owing to the failure of the first agent to get back to us). We did eventually get in, and the following day we received the code several times!!! If you are planning to book this apartment (which is actually great once you’re in it) I strongly recommend that you pull out all the stops to ensure you have check-in codes before you arrive.
spacious, extremely well-equipped, comfortable, very clean. lots of beds!
