a great girl at the reception. when checking in, she gave a tour, showed everything, answered all the questions. very comfortable bed. the room is clearly new, everything is very clean and fresh. free coffee, tea, cookies. great location, 5 minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants nearby. compliment of local cookies in and luggage tags very cute

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, impeccably clean space. The location is ideal — less than 10 minutes to the beach, nice conbinis in short walking distance, and close to a host of awesome cafes and restaurants. Also, washer/dryer in unit is a big plus. Best of all, the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating with our family, generously alleviating a lot of potential stress points.

It was close to the train stop and was very well equipped, clean and modern. The host was lovely and went out of her way to help us when we got lost and provided lots of helpful tips on where to eat and local information. There were lots of lovely small touches like the coffee and biscuits which made it very welcoming.

The walls in our room were quite thin so we can hear people speaking, vacuuming, etc. Not that big of an issue though as most of the time it was quiet.

The owner of the property is proactive, asking us about our arrival time. We were given duck cookies (a delicacy of kamakura) and two luggage tags as a gift. We got here easily via train. It’s also a stone throw’s away from the beach and the Buddha. The best part of staying here is being able to do laundry for free. We had been travelling for 2 weeks before coming to Kamakura so we had a mountain of laundry. Water pressure in the shower is also 10/10.

My partner and I booked the Family Junior Suite for my birthday weekend and it was just perfect. After a couple of disappointing experiences at larger hotel chains, it was such a delight to arrive to a pristine, beautifully designed, cozy mini-apartment with everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued while we stayed, making themselves available to assist us when we needed. Also, this stay is a 3-minute walk to Yuigahama station, so it's perfect for getting around the area easily. The only thing to know is the door to the hallway isn't soundproof at all, so it's important to be aware and keep your noise level respectful. That said, we weren't bothered by any sound in the hallway at all. Very much looking forward to staying again! Thank you very much!!

There is no space for clothes or personal things. The place is for short time standing. Thas´s the only thing I can think. Didn´t actually bother me because I was there for 1 day.

The cleanest room ever. It is very comfortable despite it is small. It has a cool cofe machine, tea... the bed is realy great. And comon spaces are cozy.

You can hear a bit of the neighboring rooms – but most of the noise I heard were not during late night hours.

Room is small, but very comfortable! The establishment offers diverse amenities that make your stay even better. Also, the host was very friendly and receptive – the overall experience was very good! The location is also good: close to the station, to a convenience store and near the beach. I'm a solo traveler and felt very comfortable there!

The walls aren't necessarily soundproof. I could rather easily hear some conversation outside the building in the evening. However this didn't really affect me as a deep sleeper.

Adorable and functional room with lots of useful amenities. Good localization - close to Enoden line station, the beach and touristy places. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very cute space in a decent area. Close to a train station so it was easy to get from place to place. It’s very small, but we didn’t plan on spending much time in our room anyway. It was very comfortable!

The hotel is new and very neat, rooms have everything you need and also there is a shared kitchen on 2nd floor which everyone can use and it's always clean, it also has a coffee machine you can use.
