No gym in the hotel. Hard to book a massage. Lack of food and drink in the pool area

location, pool, perfect breakfast selection, room size, clean room, beautiful sunset. The location is great, the pool is wonderful, and there's a perfect selection for breakfast. The room is spacious and clean, offering a beautiful view of the sunset.

The booking to check-in process was not seem less and I ended up needing to pay more than I expected. Almost All the restaurants closed at the same time for dinner prep, which is inconvenient, it would be nice if they staggered the times.

I enjoyed the hotel amenities as well as the location since I had an event at the docs to attend. The staff was friendly and there were multiple restaurants to enjoy at the hotel. I didn't get to get in the lovely pool but I think I may revisit in the future and explore more of the luxuries

Unfortunately our room did not smell fresh and was mouldy in some places such as walls and bedboard.This was probably because it was unoccupied and kept closed in a humid environment. Our sons were in an identical room adjacent to ours and theirs was much cleaner, did not smell and had absolutely no mold. There were supposed to be a couple of English channels on TV but they weren't available. With breakfast you really need to use their app and book early. Otherwise you need to take a ticket and wait in a queue outside the restaurant. We were not aware and had to wait 45 minutes on our first morning. The other mornings we got up early and booked our spot via their app. Staff don't speak much English, but this is a problem everywhere in Japan.

The pool was great, and not overcrowded. Well supervised and water was tested regularly. The hotel lobby was really nice, impressive and spacious. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The seaview from the balcony was great. The hotel has access to a sandy beach, a 10 minute walk away. The staff are very polite, kind and helpful.

beds were too hard for my back. I wish they had an option to give some type of cushion for customers who can't sleep on a hard bed. No indoor gym. It can get too hot outside so having an indoor gym would have been great. Other than that, everything was good.

Excellent stay while we were in Okinawa. Location suited us as we had a car. The indoor pool was lovely, breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little extras like robes and complimentary slippers were lovely The bar on the top level was great Short walk to the beach as well

Restaurants options within the hotel are pricy so better options outside. Difficult to go out without a car but I guess it's the same everywhere in Okinawa.

The room was big and nice, hot tub and huge shower even if it looked a bit dated (bathroom). Nice view and very friendly staff.

Facility seems worn out. The elevator was too glare in the morning, couldn’t see which button was on. Public bath locker area was too small. Can’t use it when someone is closed to each other. Locker key was awkward to ware. It needs to be a lubber band, so easily slip on and off wrist. Handicapped parking was blocked a couple of days for tour busses. We had to find place to park far from the entrance.

All staffs were so helpful. They tried fixing issues right away. Lending wheelchair was very nice. Public bath was nice. The shop lady with long hair was vey kind.

worst mattress / bed in 40 years of travelling. it is about 85mm high. we had to supplement with 4 toppers of about 10mm each. Room has no temperature air conditioning control only fan speed.

The rooms need serious updating. The bed was really hard and the wallpaper was getting dirty and flaky. The room had this really musky smell, like it wasn't aired out properly even thought I had the window open the whole time. I even found that a hanger was getting moldy, but the staff replaced it right away.

The staff was absolutely lovely - they assisted me with any issue I had to the best of their abilities. The extra ammenities like pool and beauty salon were great. The breakfast was according to my taste.

It was clearly almost full occupancy and the restaurants on a Saturday night were closed. We were not advised it was a holiday on Monday (not sure how that would affect Saturday servoce) but we had a birthday drink and photo voucher we could not use because nothing was open the night we needed.

The staff repeatedly yelled at us for eating snacks and drinking in the lobby chairs and tables, but never said anything to the other people who were also eating and drinking their own food in the lobby. It was a bit mortifying, especially as we were trying to welcome to of our friends who had never been abroad before and just got in from the plane.

The breakfast was nice and a savior because it was hard for me to find food that I could eat as a vegetarian. With the weather being oppressive, it was also nice to have cool places to sit and hang out inside the hotel.

Opening/Closing hoirs of the restaurants, barr and pools were not good,.. Especially as the options away from the hotel were limited. There was often nowhere to get a coffee or a snack during the day and nowhere to relax with in the evening. Closing off the lovely seating area inside was not helpful.

Extremely limited options for vegan at breakfast and lunch buffet, everything has dairy, egg or fish added, even soups and vegetables! I could only take from the salad bar which is the same everyday. Staff English is not sufficient at the reception and had to use a translator. Room a little small.

Close to beach and conference centre. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were very kind. Balcony very handy to dry clothes.

Outstanding facilities (indoor & outdoor pools), but not many restaurants around the area (& the in-hotel restaurants were sparse, but the one that was open had good food). Our view and balcony were amazing and the room was very spacious & comfortable!

The beach is call Tropical beach. It's not too far from the hotel but I would not describe it as tropical. The sand is fine but your are limited to a small, cordoned off area to swim. Once the kids are in this section, it becomes pretty full. It's a very clean beach, with snack bar and facilities. The Japanese restaurant at the hotel which is a grill style restaurant where you cook yourself, was limiting for a non meat eater. No sushi served.

Amazing size room and beds, wth balcony. Staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and has very good amenities including, indoor pool, sauna, gift and food shop as well as laundry room with lots of washing machines and driers'. Breakfast choice limited for non-meat eater however, what was available was was good. Could of done with a but more fresh fruits and better coffee.
