10 am check out is bit early.

Just outside of Numazu train station nort exit. Very neat and clean. 5 star facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by. Peaceful area. Great location. Strongly recommend to everyone.

If only the welcome drink could be more than 1 glass.

Hotel is located next to Numazu station and bus station. Nearby malls and so e eateries. Very convenient. Staff speaks broken English but makes his effort to explain to us about the facilities of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is included. Japanese buffet breakfast is superb. Welcome drinks are also available late noon till night. The tv is super big compared to the room size.

The view from the room window as the next hotel, so no view. That was claustrophobic. The work desk was not really a desk but like a counter and I couldn't work on it with my laptop. The bathroom was a standard unit bath which was really not great, and then the check out time was 10 am. I had assumed it would be 11 like the nearby daiwa but it turned out not so they charged me yen 1000 for the extra hour each for me and my 16-year old daughter which I found rather aggressive (inconsiderate for sure) though not a lot of money either. We went out to have breakfast though our room rate included breakfast because of the poor breakfast we saw the previous morning. Then I needed to wash my hair before checking out and then I had calls from reception every 30minutes reminding me of the extra charges. I had to run to the phone from the bathroom with my hair wet to answer them. The policy and method of applying it was not acceptable. Breakfast was not great either and since I think we paid more than daiwa roynet per night, this was definitely worse value for money. At Daiwa we had a great view, smaller bed but better bathroom, and also the desk was great and they provided a multi charger.

The breakfast was disappointing for Japanese food. The salad bar was quite limited with only iceberg lettuce and sliced raw onion. I prefer the Japanese cabbage salad with some cucumber slices. There were very few vegetables and pickles that I usually see.

Parking is bad because it uses machine to park the car! Very inconvenient! The bathroom is small and the hygiene is not good because of the bad smell of the pillow!

Just one thing. It could be just my type of room has it but there is a difference between the room and the bathroom. I have to lift my leg probably 7cm to enter the bathroom. Actually I hit my foot twice because of that.

The hotel was clean and the interior was cute. The breakfast was outstanding. They mentioned about the amenities where to find I checked in. Very quiet. The location is good. It is less than a minute from the station. You will never miss it and so convenient on rainy days.
