Fujinomiya as a town is not an idyll, just a small and nice hub to start for Fuji. We liked both the hotel and the town as people are friendly though English is not often understood

Check with the reception what is a good time to have breakfast. As in any hotel the space can get crowded at certain times. However, I witnessed a queue to get into breakfast area.

Room was very small but comfortable.

Located next to the train and bus station. We stayed prior to climbing Mount Fuji and the bus for the Fujinomiya 5th Station was outside of the hotel. Staff agreed to hold our cases until we return the next day. Good facilities but a basic budget hotel.

Just not much view of Fuji. But good views are all around outside.

Location was perfect for convenience to station and large Aeon Mall. Room was a comfortable size, quiet and with all great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks Also, great breakfast and one drink happy hour were included. Excellent 🍹🌅

We're more than happy with the location, the hotel, staff and facilities. We can definitely recommend it. Close to the Mall, Bus and Train Station, making it easy to commute around town. On our last day they offered storage facilities, while we went on to explore a bit more

The hotel location is just the opposite of Jr station so it is quite convenient after arriving from the long journey you can check in very fast. I'd like to welcome drink in the afternoon that offer a variety of drinks that suit your taste. Room is small but that's a standard in Japan. This hotel also offer onsen located on the first floor. The outside one is quite nice especially in winter time when I was there.

Here at Booking they consider children up to 17 years old (they have this option), so I put my daughter and 3 adults, and the system gave me the option of 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, so I booked those options... However, at check in the attendant (woman), charged us ¥3,200 more, claiming that my daughter is no longer a child, for the same room with the same 2 single beds, which would make no difference if she is 12 or 17 years old. It's not about the money, but about the terrible service and the way they imposed the payment knowing that we would have no choice.

We really didn't like that the hotel didn't have a view of Mount Fuji. We asked to be accommodated with a view of Fuji. Our wish was not fulfilled. It is also unclear why the fee is for 1 day, and check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10 am. It is unclear why this is so and it was inconvenient.

I liked the location of the hotel near buses and trains. I liked the breakfast, it was delicious. The hotel has toothbrushes, there are care products for women. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Everything is of good quality. It is very convenient that there is a large shopping center next to the hotel, where there are many restaurants and a grocery store.

Clean meet Japanese standard but I felt a bit dust from blanket.

The location is somewhat distant from the eatery and convenience store, but it's still walkable.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel offers good facilities, a simple yet nice breakfast was served and a welcome drink was provided. I really liked the lounge common area, guests can hang out there at any time. If you're driving, parking is not an issue as there are plenty of paid parking options nearby.

Location is near to the train station (walking distance) Big room Hotel did not have a private parking, but there aare lots of parking nearby, and hotel provide 600yen of vouchers for the parking, I considered it’s very generous.
