The staff was really nice and helpful. The dorm room was comfortable. And since there were doors for each 2 bed compartments, it felt private despite sharing the room with people.

Lack of restroom and washroom which is really inconvenient especially it is mixed dormitory. The room was really narrowed so I don't have a choice but to open my luggage in the middle room near the door. My comforter also had wierd smell and my legs really itchy where the comforter touched my skin. Since most of the renter with us were men so I don't have a choice but to used the comforter to cover my legs.

I'm budget traveler so yeah one of the reason I consider this hostel due to it's price. Location is close to train station which is really nice.

I was surprised by how cramped the room felt, particularly since it’s situated at the end. It can be quite inconvenient needing to ask other guests to step aside just to pass through.

I really appreciate the location, as it's conveniently close to the train station, a grocery store, and a hundred yen shop. The clean amenities make for a pleasant stay, and you have the option to leave your baggage before check-in, which is incredibly helpful. The owner/host is exceptionally kind; despite some language barriers due to her being Chinese, she effectively uses a translation app to ensure clear communication

Staff are friendly! Bed and pillow is really nice too Stairs are relatively steep though, so be careful if you have huge and heavy luggages… Isn’t the best convenient location (a few stops away from Sannomiya), but for this price I guess it’s okay? There’s two Family Marts nearby so that’s nice

The only common area/kitchen is downstairs in the old coffee shop, which the owner smokes in, so doesn’t make it very pleasant for a non smoker

When I arrived, the staff took a long time to take notice of me (there's a bar/cafe at the entrance, and I didn't know if they were guests or staff). I can speak English and Japanese but nothing was very well explained to me about the stay, they were kind, but the communication wasn't great. The room is a little cramped, and both toilet and shower room are in the same room where we sleep, so there was always some movement around the sleeping area.

It was easy to arrive from both the subway station and the JR Hyogo station. The beds were very comfortable and the sliding doors made privacy easier for each bed. Everything was pretty clean, too, and there were small lockers inside the room for our use.

The shared bathroom is a bit too small and can get a bit uncomfortable to move around at times. I would suggest implementing some shelves and perhaps adding more hooks to try and improve the experience a bit

The room was very simple - which was expected and also fair considering the price, and it had everything we needed. Location is also quite good. Less than 5min walk from subway and convenience shops

Stayed in mixed dorm, so the ladies needed the toilet lid to pull down. The desk was occupied by the cloths of other guests. Washing machine sound may not be preferable at night. Could not find anything to do with coffee itself, but overall well designed hostel.

The hostel is located in residential area and it is quiet. The bed is comfortable and there is a privacy with Japanese design partitions. The panel of coffee photo on the wall looks nice. The owner who speaks Chinese and English is friendly.

I really like the place as it is. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, and the staff was really kind. I would recommende this place for solo travelers as it is an experience to be lived.

Location: It's not located in the city centre but still not far from a metro station (like 3 mins walk). Price: This property is unbeatable in terms of price. Owner: Running this hostel is more like a part-time job for the owner, who is always busy in other stuff. If you expect to stay in a well-organised dormitory, think again! But if you manage to make yourself at home, then everything will be fine.

There was only one pillow even though we had a double bed. Since our room was right next to the shared bathroom and toilets, we heard a lot of noise from the other guests. The bathroom itself was a bit too small, and at one point, a volunteer working there entered our room to get something (which is fine, since it was stored there, but he didn't wait until we actually properly agreed to let him in and only introduced himself as a volunteer afterward).

The owner was super nice ; she upgraded us to a private room for free ! The location of the hostel is very convenient, and the house beautiful.

If you have a large bag, it might be a struggle lifting it up the staircase as there’s no elevator but other than that there wasn’t anything else that was a concern.

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station and local public onsen. The price is very reasonable for what it offers and its convenient location. Owner is very friendly and welcoming, he can make you a freshly grounded coffee with his many years of experience as a barista. Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean and easy to use.

It's wooden house so if anyone downstairs or upstairs moves, you can hear it. So it was difficult to sleep. Dizayn is good, pretty but it's not comfortable for resting in the dormitory.

Stuff was helpful. She allowed me to check in earlier. Hostel was clean. Stuff allowed me to use the fridge. So I kept my food in the fridge. Wifi was good. Location is ok.

The Hostel has Coffee in the Name but sadly there was no Coffee to find. I thought that place would have Coffee and it will smell like roasted Coffee Beans in the morning but beside Coffee related Pictures there was no Coffee culture.

The place is very narrow, but it is typical of most locations in Japan. It requires taking steps, no elevator, but it is also very typical.

Very comfortable to work online. Stable and fast internet. Convenient stores nearby and metro stations of different lines. Welcoming Chinese owner offers coffee every morning. It was super nice to stay here.
