The room is a little bit small.

The view from the high rooms is beautiful. The price-quality ratio is good. Around 10 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station. Breakfast is good. Everything is clean. The laundry room is easy to use. It is possible to have bicycles.

I left my currycard in the room but I was obliged to have it before the curry was served even if it was very clear that I was a guest.I ended up NOT having it.

The curry rice was great.

It was a bit far from public transport but not too far. Maybe a 10 minute walk.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a slightly bigger room, and the bathroom was enormous compared to the ones we encountered in similarly priced Japanese hotels before with a full-length tub. The staff was very friendly, and both the check-in and check-out process were quick and stress-free.

The room was very small. There were no stairs so we had to wait a long time for an elevator which was not full of other guests to get down to the ground floor.

Close to the train station and the center of the city. Bathroom was larger than in other Japanese hotels we stayed in.

The rooms were very small but the bathrooms quite large. I would have rather a small bathroom and to be able to move around the bed. The bed was hard up against the wall on one side and the widow at the foot of the bed. Great for a single person but not for a couple.

Lovely reception downstairs with complimentary hot drinks and a range of little consumables. The lifts were very decorative too.

Bit far from main train station

The room was fine, couldn't walk around the bed though as it was against a couple of walls. Nice bath and breakfast was included which we did not expect.

The area is quite but not central. Still, it is about 20 minutes walking from the main station and the center, so not that far. The room was larger than usual for the price compared to other hotels in Japan.

The room key... hahaha. I went for a personal half marathon at BE KOBE early in the morning. Unfortunately, I was wet and soaked in sweat like I got rained on due to the sweat. In the process, the paper card key got soaked too! But the coolest thing was that the staff smiled while replacing my card key. Perhaps he couldn't believe that it got soaked in sweat... but he was very nice.

I was on the 18th floor. I loved the views of the city from my room. The hotel was pretty nice and clean. I did not interact much with the staff, because there was nothing in particular that I wanted - hence to say, I was satisfied to ask any other thing.

No complaints about the property or service, although it might be a bit far from Sannomiya Station if you have a lot of luggage.

Free bicycle rental was great; we just did a short bike along the waterfront (whice has an art museum and a museum dedicated to the Hanshin Earthquake, which is an important piece of Kobe history), but it would have been fun to plan something a bit longer. The free shuttle to Sannomiya Station is convenient, just be sure to check the times and reserve your space. Breakfast was good, with lots of variety, both Japanese and Western. Free cold water/tea machine in the lobby next to the restaurant entrance. Although we didn't use it, the availability of self-laundry machines is a nice amenity. Room was clean and did not smell of smoke.

The blanket was dirty with a huge stain on it. Also, the location was a little bit far from the harbor.

It was a 4 star hotel style for sure, the whole atmosphere was nice.

very clean. big bath room. coin laundry in the building. coffee service. there's no smoking space in the building and not allowed to smoke on the street around hotel so I stayed in smoking room. room was not smelly.had a pleasant stay.
