United StatesThe room ok but luggage space was a little small for the size of the Club Room. This is not the hotel, but the area seemed desolate. There were many buildings, but not much for us to do. Many places were closed or shuttered.
Buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a nice variety of items. We also had one dinner which was also good, but breakfast was better. We liked the onsen at the hotel and the evening social. The staff was very nice and helpful with their understanding of English.

SingaporeWe book the club room but was quite disappointed with the club facilities at the lounge as snacks were limited to biscuits, coffee/tea & drinks only. The lounge should provide hot items like sandwiches, etc. same snacks for evening cocktails with wine and beer are not even available.
The hotel is located on a private quiet location. Room size is good and staff is attentive & professional. Hotel breakfast is quite good spread and free parking facilities for guests makes it easier for us to drive out & explore Kobe.

Singapore- too crowded at breakfast times and have to wait for a LONG TIME. We stayed for 4 nights on weekdays and through the weekend and it's still crowded even on weekdays. the hotel need to have a better system for managing breakfast - Some parts of the hotel are hot, with no aircon.
- onsen was good because it's a paid onsen for day customers, hence the facilities were top-notch. - cleaning was done constantly at the onsen. I could even see the cleaner cleaning while bathing - the hotel was located just a stone's throw from the train station with a sheltered walkway - there's a family mart, saizerya and Cando just downstairs, very convenient

NetherlandsWonderful accommodation. We booked a room that offers you Sheraton Club facilities.. It gives you acces to the club and a great view on kobe and free drinks and snacks. Although the hotel is not in the centre of the city, public transport brings you in about 20 minutes downtown. Rokko liner metro stops every 6 minutes in front of the hotel and is comfortable and has good connections to other trains on the mainland. Be aware: breakfast can we challenging during rush hour. Especially during weekends. You might have to wait for 5-10 minutes before being seated. Great variety of food. Kind staff over there. The check out was a bit non-friendly. No “ thanks for staying with us and hope to see you again. “ which we expected for staying for three nights. Not to forget: splendid onsen with a lot of different baths. Very top- of -the-bill relaxing! Very recommended.

The room was big and bed was comfortable. The onsen was so relaxing. The access to club lounge was great. Afternoon drinks with snacks overlooking central Kobe in club lounge.

Rokko Island is a little time warp to the 1990s. This is interesting in itself. The hotel is well located connected directly to the Port Liner. And there are plenty of shops and services around. The Club Lounge is nice when you have a room on the club floor.

JapanThe extra duvet was infested with ticks, and after I took it, my entire body got itchy. I asked the hotel staff about it, and they said the duvet should be used above the regular duvet on the bed instead of using it directly on your body. It is basically gaslighting. She tried to convince me to believe that I was wrong. But who would guess that? We all believe hotel rooms are clean, especially in hotels like this. I spoke to the manager, Mr. Asahi, who said he had no idea when the duvet was washed. Can you imagine? There are so many guests from all over the world, and they don’t wash their duvet. How disgusting! FYI, there was no discount, no compensation, no nothing. Great service !! Haha
