The service was exceptional. They would go above and beyond to take care of you during your stay. Easy communication and recommendations for a first time visit to Niseko. The room was comfortable for our family and the breakfast was really good to start the day.

Service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond for us! They stopped us off and picked us up at the ski resorts! They had great food recommendations and were so easy to communicate with. They set up airport and luggage transfers. The onsite onsens were great after a long day of skiing! I will only stay here when coming to Niseko and would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Niseko!!

Breakfast could use a bit of improvement but it was still good for it’s worth.

Kimamaya by Odin is a great hotel at a great location with probably the best staff I ever had on any of my trips. Peter was absolutely fantastic, always ready to go above and beyond to help (even helping me with the logistics of my stay and connection in Tokyo!). The room was clean and well designed, the onsen at the hotel was very relaxing and a great place to go after a day of skiing. Would 100% recommend to anyone planning on visiting Niseko!

Honestly no complaints. If anything maybe the rooms are tight if you have a lot of luggage but luckily we packed light. There are also storage rooms for ski gear and a dry room.

Kimamaya exceeded our expectations. We were in Hokkaido for a week mainly for skiing, and we were so glad to have made Kimamaya part of that experience. Though rooms are small, our room had everything we needed. The best part was hotel staff, shoutout to Peter and Haruka who helped us so much with restaurant bookings, laundry, arranging transport, and more. We truly had a personalized experience. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic and perfect for fueling each morning before a day of skiing. We will hopefully be back soon!

Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful, whole place is super cozy and being smaller you see the other guests around and it has a very friendly atmosphere. Restaurant for breakfast is stunning. Free shuttles by WhatsApp up and down from the gondola, but then you’re more in the Center of town closer to restaurants etc. Could not recommend more

This accomodation was amazing. The location is great, right in town near a lot of restaurants and the mini supermarket. It is within easy walking distance to the ski fields too, but you don’t even need to walk as they provide a free shuttle service on demand, you just need to text them and they’ll be there within 5 minutes. The private onsens after a ski day were amazing. And by far what made this place stand out so much were the staff! They were so lovely and super helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend this place enough. The stay was absolutely incredible. The staff was so hospitable and caring. They treated you as their own, helped with transport, chasing down a lost item, booking reservations at some places that are impossible to get into to. 6 stars for them. Also the room was lovely, the in house Japanese baths were a great bonus and breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend anyone going to Niseko stay here.

It is really an amazing and unforgettable experience. The staffs are really really helpful and went beyond expectations to make our stay a pleasant once. We really appreciate the personal touch that they provide. Definitely would go back whenever we are in Niseko again

I can't think of a single thing to not like about this hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was perfect. Staff (Peter) went above and beyond. Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was incredible and should not be passed up. If you are skiing Niseko you will love the service to and from the mountain and the dry room and storage for all your gear, was great. The hotel Onsens were also a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Also to note, all the soaps and shampoos provided in room and onsen were divine. All in all great stay would 100% repeat a visit here.
