We weren't able to cook. There weren't cooking utensils. No cooking oil, no salt neither.

Location was perfect. The bathroom was big compared with how tiny the place is. Comfortable.

It’s tucked away in a tiny neighborhood so sometimes it’s difficult to get an uber.

The location was so walkable to Harajuku and Shibuya area. So many places to shop and eat near the hotel.

The location is great sitting in the Central of Harakuju. Beds, pillows, and bedding are all very comfortable. Just some stains on the pillows can be improved. The rooms are too small to open any luggage, which is the only thing we can complain about. The bathtub is so mini : ) but better than nothing.

It’s very small (about 8x4 metres with the bathroom being 3x2m of that) however that’s very common and it was straightforward to get used to with a bit of organisation. Just a surprise initially.

The property was well located in Omotesando, Shibuya. Easy walking to train stations, shopping and places to eat. It was a quiet street even though it was close to active areas. It was clean and the people running it were quick to respond to any requests.

Rather customer-unfriendly check-in experience (you have to scan you passport then talk to someone via video call to prove you are really who you are supposed to be, etc.). I understand it's expensive to have staff on site, but this time it was a bit too much of tech and not human at all.

Modern home in quiet and elegant Shibuya area. Not commenting on the size (it's small!) as it's probably really hard to get a larger place at this price in downtown Tokyo.

Description was for a separate bedroom and living room but it is actually one room, a studio apartment. It’s a little small for 2 persons.

Location in Omotosaddo is great! Near cool shops and cafes yet still quiet.

There was no elevators, just stairs! We were assigned to a room on the 4th floor so imagine carrying 2 big suitcases down 🤣

The location was too goood to be true! Less than 15mins walk to any of the subway lines, super walkable distance to Shibuya!! And Cat street is literally a stone throw away!! The size of the room was just perfect for the two of us! Bed was super comfortable and more than enough room for two!

Perfect, central, quiet location! The apartment had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed, and even had a washing machine. The virtual check-in/out process was relatively straight forward. It was a little small for the two of us plus our suitcases, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Lovely quiet street - so peaceful at night and super comfy bed. Even the small bathroom (with a 6ft 3 boyfriend) worked just perfectly for our stay. Great neighbourhood for coffee and bakeries and centrally located for exploring other neighbourhoods in Tokyo too. The park nearby and huge green space in the gardens of the Meiji Jingu shrine were a gorgeous walk and a great way to break up the city walking.

It wasn’t an issue for us but a light sleeper may find the bedroom air purifier a little noisy.

We liked the location and the code lock was very convenient. The place seemed to be new with most necessities.
