The hotel room was super small. We thought we got used to small hotel rooms in Japan but it was the smallest we have experienced. Once you put your luggage open on the floor, you couldn't walk around!

The location was excellent! It was a minute to Akasaka Subway station and several minutes to Akasaka Mitsuke Subway station. There were many restaurants and shops around. Super convenient! The staff was very kind and friendly, too.

i missed day 1 breakfast because i was there at 9:15 am but they said the breakfast has been closed even it was mentioned that the closing time is at 9:30 am.

You have to wait until 3pm to check in or pay an extra fee. Only one girl spoke English at the desk but the staff did all try to be helpful using an electronic interpreting device once. Beds are abit hard was fine if you were really tired and exhausted but the 2nd or 3rd nighy I noticed it was not very comfortable.

The bag coffee they give you is amazing they lent me an adaptor plug and check out was 11am. It was clean I think they had a buffet breakfast but I never tried it.

While we expected the room to be small, it was even smaller than that. I suppose it comes with Tokyo but it was still a but difficult to manage with two suitcases for four days.

Even though there was a construction nearby we barely heard anything of it.

Very clean. The slightly larger room (16 rather than 15 square meters) meant that we could fit 2 large suitcases and a carry on suitcase in the room with a bit of space to move around. 3 minutes walk to one subway station and 8 minutes walk to another.

The room is on the smaller side, but this is to be expected in Tokyo. All in all, the hotel was perfect as a no frills business style hotel in a perfect location of Tokyo!

This was the perfect home base for our Tokyo adventures! It’s perfectly located very close to multiple subway lines, making getting around Tokyo a breeze: no matter where we wanted to go that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. After spending the whole day exhausting myself around Tokyo, I couldn’t wait to get back and rest in the peace and quiet of the hotel.

Rooms were very small but I think that’s standard of Tokyo, suggest bringing luggage cubes so you have access to clothes rather than trying to keep your luggage open because that’s not going to be possible with two peoples luggages.

The rooms are very small, though an efficient use of space and I've read that's the case for most hotels in Tokyo. Also, not fully sound proof and could hear our neighbors.

The location of the property was great lots of train stations for access to other areas of Tokyo and many choices of restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely and helpful, and a laundry facility on the property was very handy.

The proximity from the station that pretty much connected to everywhere was definitely the highlight of the hotel. Akasaka was a great location to stay in, coming from a first time traveller. Staff were also extremely lovely!

Really great location with convenient access to number of subway lines, rooms are comfortable, ideal for one person, would be a bit cramped with two. The bathroom was one of the smallest I've seen in Tokyo, but manageable. You gain extra room floorspace I think, as I could actually open my suitcase on the floor (as people will know, that's not always possible in Tokyo!). If stay here again
