Very good business stay hotel, located very close to KIX airport. The check-in and check-out were very fast. Moreover, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. Nice services and comfortable stay.

Nothing's so far, I'm okay with everything

The room side, it is a bit hard for me to open up my luggage in my room. From the photo, it looks reasonable but when I enter my room, I can hardly open my luggage without blocking my walk way.

The only drawback was that the hotel is about a 2 hour train ride to Osaka station and downtown Osaka. However, it does provide a unique opportunity to see a lot more of the country side, other small towns, and landmarks along the way, like Sakai to the North or Iga to the west, that might otherwise be missed if staying in downtown Osaka.

The Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Washington Hotel's proximity to KIX was perfect. In addition having access to Rinku station right inside the hotel and a Trial super store a block away made shopping for food and everyday essentials very convenient. The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The small amenities like a coin laundry room, and a family mart that's open 24 hrs., attached right to the hotel were a major plus. The Washington Hotel is also very reasonably priced and a great value. We will absolutely be staying there again during our next visit to Osaka.

The air-conditioner was switching on and off all night and the noise was a bit annoying, but other than that everything was fine.

It is located near the airport, we stayed here one night because we had an early flight and we used the free airport shuttle bus service. The room was spacious, the check-in / check-out process super fast and there is a 24/7 supermarket in the hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Everything is perfect. There's a market in the hotel lobby. There's an ironing room and a water dispenser on each floor. It's a short walk to the shopping center and the bus stop. And most importantly, it's spotlessly clean ❤️

We were extremely happy with the room which was for one night after a late arrival. Small, clean and well serviced. The shuttle bus made getting there from the terminal easy.

Nothing. It’s a hotel with the best customer care and service I have ever received. Luxury hotels may provide good service and environment but nothing beats a hotel with caring and helpful staff who communicate perfectly in English, especially when your flight/ baggage went chaotic.

The staff are very attentive, helpful and responsive. We told them our flight was cancelled and was sent to Nagoya so we couldn’t check in on the first night. They are very understanding and waived our no-show fee. Then we told them our baggages were delayed and left the hotel’s address to the airline for delivery. They kept us posted about our baggages upon enquiry & helped to keep them for us. I am very happy and satisfied with their whole crew’s services. It’s the best hotel among the hotels I checked in during my trip to Osaka personally. I would definitely check in this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Check-in was at 15:00, the hotel denied my request for earlier check-in but it wasn't a big deal. So we stayed at the airport until then because our flight had some issues(not cancelled nor delayed). A short distance from Rinku town station so it wasn't hard to walk to the hotel with bags in tow.

We only stayed for 1 night because there was an anomaly with our flight booking. The nearest and achievable place I found was Kansai Airport Washington Hotel on such short notice. But check-in was a little bit later so we had to stay at the airport. Staff was very helpful and I payed at the front desk. They accept card. They have a shuttle bus to the airport for free, you just have to book it on a machine near the front desk and choose a time that suits you. You'll have to be at the lobby 10mins before your allotted time though. I didn't have the time to experience their amenities and services but I'm sure they're great. The hotel is near/walking distance to Rinku park and Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle where you can ride one of the big ferris wheels in Japan. Of course there's a Donki right across that.

We stayed here the night before our early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Just a 5-minute walk from Rinku-Town Station (Exit 5), the location was super convenient—especially with the free airport shuttle starting at 5:30 AM. Rinku Premium Outlets were right across the station, so we had time for a bit of shopping too. Having a Family Mart inside the building and a Lawson just a few metres away made it easy to grab snacks and essentials for the kids. Everything we needed was within reach—definitely a great stopover for families flying out of Kansai International Airport!
