This hotel has spectacular ocean view and it's less crowded than some other hot spring hotel we stayed, which is a bonus. The restaurant has many tables by the window facing ocean, we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there. It offers many food options and they are all delicious. We will definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Kamenoi Hotel Izukogen and had a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a serene atmosphere with lovely surroundings. Both the dinner and breakfast were exceptional—the quality of the food and the presentation really stood out. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and showcased the best of local flavors. What impressed me the most, however, was the service. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and went above and beyond when I accidentally left my jacket behind. They not only located it quickly but also arranged to send it back to me promptly, which I deeply appreciate. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of a beautiful setting, excellent cuisine, and truly caring service. I highly recommend Kamenoi Hotel Izukogen to anyone looking for a warm and unforgettable stay in the area. I will definitely return in the future.

The hotel was very impressive from the first walk in and the amazing views over the sea. Room incredible very spacious our own outdoor bath. Large bathroom. Onset was also very good especially the the outdoor area. Dinner was delicious, multi course meal included in the price.

This is a more modern style onsen hotel Onsen overlooks the sea offering great views. Dinner set was delicious, service was perfect. Breakfast was buffet style and very good too.

The window for breakfast was too short. Last order was at 9am and we need to leave the cafe by 930am.

Everything. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities provided, they even have pyjamas for my baby, although it was a little oversized for her but it was so cute! Onsen was great. Views from the lobby was spectacular. Drinks was provided at the lobby too. Love the stay there! It was our favourite accommodation for the entire trip.

The hotel offers tea and other self serve drinks until late at night. Also, there are icy fruit bars that you could enjoy even late at night. In addition, there are plenty of places to take photos. Onsen is not busy and usually only 3-4 people. Both dinner and breakfast have a lot of varieties.

One of the nicest experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had. The room is superb. The outdoor private balcony, hot spring tub was magnificent. The dinner exceeded all expectations. The location of stunning. I cannot say enough.
