The building was very upscale, compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The onsen was VERY relaxing, and the spa wasn't too hot. They provided all the amenities we needed.

However, the price increase due to the peak season was inevitable. If you avoid the high season, this hotel would offer excellent value for money. One thing I was not fully satisfied with was that the room had quite a bit of dust on the first day. This was resolved after I requested an air purifier, but I still felt the housekeeping team could pay more attention to dust cleaning. Aside from these two points, there were no real issues, and they did not have any significant impact on my stay.

The staff were basically well-mannered and friendly, and the breakfast was neat, offering both Western and Asian options. What I liked the most was the spa and sauna on the top floor. It was more than enough to relieve fatigue during the trip, and even though it was a shared space, the cleanliness was very well maintained. The location was very close to the city center, making travel convenient, so I had absolutely no complaints. The room size was more spacious than other Japanese hotels, and since it was a newly built property, the overall maintenance was in good condition.

LOVED this hotel. Would stay here again. It is incredibly close to all the shopping districts including the Pokémon cafe, shopping and also amazing food places. For good coffee, visit Ralph’s coffee and maize cafe which are all close by. Will be booking this again

It would have been nice to have free breakfast.

We really enjoyed how friendly the staff were. They helped us transfer our bags to the airport which worked out perfectly. We also appreciated receiving bottled water at the front desk when we asked for it. The location was perfect and it kept us near the action but was also very quiet. By far our favorite part though was the rooftop onsen, which was the perfect way to relax at the end of our trip.

Actually the reception doesn’t work as you expect from a 4 star hotel, the level of english spoke by the receptionists was sometimes not enough to work in a five star hotel, they work not very good and very slow, I had some problem in making them understand what i wanted

We had the room facing the main street and the noise from the street was not reduced by the window. It is rather loud. The design focuses more on esthetic values than practicality. It will be convenient to have some towel racks over the tub.

Very polished facility. The room is of good size and well kept. The staff is very professional and efficient. The location is excellent. Just 3 minutes walk, you are at the running man sign of Dotonbori. Subway stations are close by as well. Really convenient.
