The owner Seiko was very helpful and kind.

The place was newly renovated and spotless. Good location.

Zero privacy. When booking, it was not clear to me that there are two guest rooms separated by a very thin wall only, and that the shared facilities (toilet, bath, kitchen, living) are far from spacious even for two guests. Plus, the lady who runs the place and lives downstairs came up to collect garbage without prior notification, which further reduced the sense of privacy. Not really recommended for anyone who is not traveling alone. The "living room" is so small that it feels cramped even with two people, and the seats are very uncomfortable. The kitchenette has a tiny refrigerator (like the ones in business hotels), a microwave, a water cooker and a couple of cups, but no cutting boards or cutlery etc. so it is not really possible to make your own food. If all of this was communicated more clearly, no problem, but much of this came as a surprise.

The guesthouse was very conventiently located next to Shingu station (about a 3-4 min walk), and the hostess was extremely kind and helpful, even though I spoke no Japanese ! The rooms (with futon bedding) were comfortable and relatively spacious, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller in Japan.

Location was excellent. Shared kitchen, microwave, kettle etc so you can self-cater with food from supermarket (next door). Very comfortable rooms with Japanese style bedding - new build so everything clean and modern. Hostess is lovely and communicates through a language translation app.

The owner is very friendly and tried her best to communicate in simple english. The room is spacious and clean. There is also a living hall with microwave, kettle, etc. The location is superb, 5 minutes walk to the station and big supermarket, a smaller supermarket is just opposite the house.

The innkeeper is very kind and considerate. The room is on the second floor, very clean,cosy and comfortable, and the cute balcony, decoration and all the electric equipments are new. though small perfectly formed, making me feel at home. The flush toilet is smart, there's a faucet on top of the toilet tank. It well demonstrates the idea of resouces recycling.

Host is very friendly

Undoubtedly, this place was one of the best accommodations I have been. The place is spotless. Seiko is a Super Host. She was very helpful to my request. Getting out of the train station you can turn to the left and after crossing the railway it is a two-minutes walk, there is a mini supermarket just in front of the accommodation and a big supermarket 4 minutes up the main road. The Villa is so adorable, if you have time for a little stroll, you will enjoy it. I strongly recommend it.

Spotless & spacious room. Shared facilities were also very clean. There’s a microwave, kettle & fridge for shared use which was helpful. The owner was so sweet. There are only two rooms and I was the only one staying on my visit so had the place to myself. It’s across the street from a supermarket & a short walk from train station. All three shrines are also walking distance. Great value as well!

The host is a very cheerful and helpful lady. She made me feel very welcome and at home. Thank you!
