Cool property with cool architecture. Interior design is really beautiful, and the hotel is comfortable and very well located.

We had 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling as a family of 4. The room with the double bed was the smallest, while the room with 2 single beds was a lot bigger. Would be better the other way around.

Wonderful contemporary-style hotel, in a good location from which to explore Osaka. 10 min walk from train station. Comfortable facilities (lobby area, bar, laundry facilities, gym, …). Great bed and sheets. Breakfast is good, offering Japanese and international choice. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

Easily accessible from multiple train stations and bus stops. Incredibly friendly staff. They helped us with recommendations, change for washing machines, etc. Laundry and lounge facilities were well organized and modern. Thoughtful storage solutions in the room, especially helpful in a smaller space. Neighborhood felt quite local and less tourist dense.

There is a glass window in the room which shows into the bathroom. So if you want privacy that doesn’t allow it.

Break was good. Not as elaborate (such as lots of selections) as other places I’ve been elsewhere, but good quality. And good service. And the design was amazing. I love the modern Japanese architecture and this hotel had a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are modern. There is a small gym but no spa.

There were no ala carte selection options. The "American" breakfast selection should gave been given more thought with more traditional items.

The breakfast could be improved upon. I tried both breakfast options and neither appealed to my palette.

Zentis is a modern, minimalist hotel perfectly located near Yodoyabashi Station (Midosuji Line), within walking distance of Osaka Station and the Umeda area—ideal for exploring the city. Rooms are small but very clean and functional. The stylish dining area and bar offer a nice atmosphere with a well-curated menu. The lobby is tastefully designed and provides complimentary coffee and tea. Breakfast was fresh, with Japanese, Western, and vegan options. Staff were professional, though not particularly warm, and everything ran smoothly. The on-site laundry room with washers and dryers is a great convenience. Overall, a functional and well-located hotel for a comfortable stay in Osaka.

The common areas were wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. We enjoyed breakfast and our coffees in the common areas and liked being able to do our laundry. The location is wonderful, it’s close to a lot of different stations and has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by too. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The location is a little farther north than I would choose next time, but it was also nice to be out of the fray of tourist activity.

The room/bed was comfortable and well designed! We loved it. The breakfast in the cafe was also exceptional. We really appreciated that there was an Apple TV that we could use to sign in to our streaming platforms during downtime in the room.

Unfortunately, i was ill during my stay but the staff were really helpful finding me to a local doctor. Room was clean and modern. I would recommend staying here if in Osaka 😊 The bar is also nice and has an ambient feel.

The Zentis was a great location (about 10 min walk from the station) and was very comfortable. We really loved the restaurant for breakfast. The staff were very helpful.
