Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWindow couldn’t be opened so it was quite stuffy in winter. Tho it was low single digit temperatures outside we had to switch on the cool air con as it was warm indoors.
Location was close to the airport and we were there for one night before flying to the airport. Breakfast started early so we could grab breakfast before departing. Room was spacious for all the extra baggage we adopted while shopping. Washroom was great, loved the layout and toiletries provided.

ThailandThe breakfast starts 6.30 am which was a little late for me that I have to go to the airport in the early morning. However, breakfast is good.
The location is good for me to stay a night before flying home in the next day morning. Only 1 train station to Nagoya Airport. And it is near the car rental store that I can returned the car and walk to the hotel. There is a big department store near hotel. The toilet is big. And the staff allowed us for 1 hour earlier check-in.
