Great central location so easy to get everywhere by foot. Loads of restaurants, markets, shops and port of Ishigaki. My room was very clean, equipped and strong WiFi. I recommend.

Great hotel close to the bus and ferry terminal. The staff was always friendly and helpful! The WiFi was a little weak one evening, but the front desk had a pocket WiFi ready! Just great service all around.

There were people consistently smoking on our floor unfortunately, the room was a bit tired and the springs had gone in the bed, breakfast was okay… I think the photos on booking.com are a bit misleading as it shows one nice bit of the lobby but the rest of the hotel doesn’t match that.

Staff were all lovely, it’s super close to the port if you want to visit other islands, the bar is nice and the free drinks throughout the day were appreciated.

Central location to restaurants, ferry and shopping! The room provided a small refrigerator and safe that we used! Air conditioner that also heated the room was perfect when temperatures dropped to 50's.

We asked for a double bed and was given two individual beds. Upon requesting at front desk they couldn’t accommodate our request. The breakfast is very asian oriented and more western options would be appreciated if you don’t want to have dry croissants every morning.

We once missed the breakfast because our information sheet displayed breakfast time from 6:30am to 10.00am. Later we discovered that there was a folder in our room stating the last breakfast order is 9:30am, and initially we missed this folder. Maybe it's worth emphasizing more upon check-in that we have to be downstairs by 9:30am the latest to receive food - this is only a problem for the late risers :) I cannot recall anything else I didn't like, this is a great accommodation for a fair price.

This is a great accommodation very close to the ferry port. The staff was really nice, polite and attentive and our check in and check out went smoothly. Our room was well equipped, modern and clean. There's also a rooftop area we could access, unfortunately due to bad weather we couldn't enjoy this much. There were coin laundry, water fountain and vending machines on our floor that were very convenient to use. The breakfast had great variety and we could have coffee for free during the day as well. The hotel is very eco-conscious and rewarded us for not asking for extra towels or cleaning. The hotel has a sake bar next door that was also great. There's a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Would recommend booking.

Very well located in central Ishigaki town, this is a basic hotel that has all you need for a night or two. They also have bicycles you can use to cycle around town. Staff are super nice and helpful!
