PolandThe hotel is remote from civilization, so getting around requires a car, which fortunately can be rented on site. This can also be an advantage, as the surrounding area is peaceful and offers a magnificent starry sky unlike any other in the densely populated areas. The lack of on-site restaurants and dining options can be inconvenient, but by car, you can reach many good places to enjoy delicious local cuisine within 15 minutes.
A very nice hotel with excellent service, especially the general manager Josh, who turned out to be a wonderful person, very open and helpful. Thanks to him, we knew where and when it was worth seeing and visiting on the island. We were a large group of 15 people, and thanks to his help, we could always find a place to eat, which is not so easy in Japan. Delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant on site, but thanks to Josh's kindness, we had the opportunity to taste his cuisine. For our farewell dinner, he cooked us one of the most delicious ragatoni I have ever had the opportunity to eat in my life. We also recommend his Blady Merry, as it is a very delicious drink with an original flavor in his proposal. Thanks a lot, Josh, it was a wonderful trip and it was extremely nice to meet you. Overall, a great place, we recommend it.

The owners and the staff were really great. They made us feel at home and arranged for so much during our stay. Reservations for restaurants, massage etc. They help you with everything, even a good bottle of white wine 😘 The car rental is cheap n easy. Breakfast is very nice, the omelets are really the best. The swimming in the ocean or the pool are so nice. We stayed in a villa, which was very clean n spacious with very good beds. It had everything you need for a nice holiday!! We got a late check out which was so great because we had a flight in the late afternoon. One of the staff picked us up from the airport and she also brought us back today. Lovely girl. But all of the staff members were international very nice people!

Property is very conveniently located, excellent to explore both the north and the south of the island. Josh the owner was amazing, gave us recommendations and even made bookings for us. The staff was supper attentive and polite. We were able to rent a car at the property which made things easier. We will certainly come back!!

We loved Ishigaki Sunset Cove. Great location, beautiful ocean view, nice swimming pool for the kids, friendly staff. The owner Josh gave us a lot of good tips for activities, and helped us to book a snorkeling tour on neighboring island Iriomote. You can also borrow canoes and rent snorkeling gear at the hotel. We will certainly come back if we have the opportunity.

UkraineBreakfast is a bit repetitive. One day we had some noisy neighbors. They must have been having some kind of party until 3am.
We stayed in the Apartment with Sea View and had a wonderful experience! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, regardless of the hot or rainy weather outside. There is a great terrace with a sea view. It is located right in the center of the island, which makes it a great starting point to explore the surroundings. At the property, you can rent an electric bike or a car, which we highly recommend — especially a car — as there are no shops nearby. The host, Josh, was incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of useful tips for our stay. Another nice bonus is that the property offers free kayak rentals, which was a great way to enjoy the sea. As for small downsides, breakfast is included, but it’s repetitive. Also, there are no restaurants or bars, caffe, etc., nearby, so keep that in mind. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway surrounded by beautiful nature, this place is perfect. But if you want to explore the entire island, renting a car is definitely a must.

SwitzerlandPerhaps my room was a bit small, although fully equipped. There were some problems with wifi, but the host reacted and found a solution.
This is not a typical for Japanese hotel in a good sense. The owner tries to get in touch with you and understand your needs and, accordingly, to give you good advises and organize your time. He really takes care of you: he booked dinners for me, drove me to a supermarket to buy some food, explained the options for traveling around. This feature is quite valuable when you travel in such remote resort area. At the end, I had a very pleasant time, snorkeling at good spots, moving around with an inexpensive car rented at the hotel (a car is a must). I must say, I do not share the critics of the provided breakfast: I subsequently stayed in the Comfort hotel in the town, and the breakfasts there were worse, although the price was twice higher.

United Statesfar away from restaurants and convenience stores so wish the hotel provided dinner!! seems that it used to be a restaurant but has since closed in that capacity. only free breakfast provided. but this hotel is very quiet and nature-filled (which i preferred) but meant its quite far from local restaurants and gas stations. about 35 minute drive to the main town where most Family Mart/gas station/restaurants are. Some local restaurants I recommend: Beer garden, Aloalo cafe, smoothie bowl place. Be sure to plan ahead: get some onigiri/meals from Family Mart at the airport (only opportunity you'll get to buy snacks and quick meals unless you go into town) and there was a fridge in my room that i could keep it in. Microwave downstairs you can use. Kettle in your room if you want to prepare ramen/miso soup.
loved my room, spacious with a huge bed and beautiful view. absolutely loved the free breakfast in the morning. hotel staff incredible kind, espeically josh and his wife who run the hotel. Josh sent some great recommendations to explore the island. loved that you can rent a japanese van for very cheap around ~42$ USD a day to explore the island. Pool, local beach, and free kayaks for mangroves are a huge plus. This hotel is centrally lcoated by all nature activities, with all of the best beaches and hikes within a 25 minute drive! Very quiet, very safe. I didn't even need to keep my door locked and felt very comfortable here and right at home. Absolutely loved that there was a washing machine and dryer to do laundry. Washing machine is free with provided laundry detergent, which i really appreciated, and dryer is about 200yen to use. I ended up airdrying my clothes on the provided clothes drying line on the balcony and they dried quickly and well.
