Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JapanThe rooms are rundown, small, and dirty. Although I chose a smoking room and expected some smell and stale air, I was shocked to find no air purifiers or circulators in the room. As a result, I came back with all my clothes and bags smelling like a barbecue pit. They really need to provide air purifiers.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were affordable. These were the two basic plus points of this property. What the hotel lacks in cleanliness and comfort, the staff compensates for in friendliness. There was daily housekeeping, which was very good.

SwedenI came 40min early, it was a rainy day. I was hoping to stay in the lobby for that time and wait for the time I can check-in. But I was denied the stay, you can leave your bags (it was a place to chain your bag to) but you can't stay and wait. The woman that was working there have pointed to the doors 7 times until I have left. I think that was a problem of the whole staying in the hotel, wet and angry. No refund, so i had to stay...
Can't really say that it was anything to like, room like room.

ItalyThe hotel is in a very good place , near the train station and the city center. The room Was very big ( for the japanese standard) and clean . There are included amenities and pigiama so you don't need to carry many things with you. The staff was Kind . The price is really affordable. Really recomanded
