The room is bigger than your usual Japanese hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They do not have an onsite parking however, they collaborate with a number of parking lots around them so it was easy to find parking and pay at the hotel. The room was spotless, the breakfast buffet was well worth it. They have sashimi and freshly cooked tempura fish, veggies etc. Great value for money.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and only made our experience more memorable. He provided valuable information and recovered our goat milk that we forgot to take when we left. He deserves a raise!

SloveniaStrangely one of the "neighbours" were quite loud (in after midnight hours) and in the room above ours there was also a lot going on but fortunately in the morning..
The room was big, nice, comfortable and so were the beds. Bathroom was spaciously compact, very clean and nice. Every day you find a bag with a new set of towels and products at your door. The staff is very kind, attentive and helpful :) All in all a great experience and we liked it a lot and will gladly stay here again.

United StatesThe smoking room was in the hall outside our room. We could smell some smoke in our room, but it wasn't overpowering. The rates were high, but probably to be expected because of Obon.
The room was very pleasant with a good set up. It was nice to have a sofa and the bath was larger than some business hotels. Starbucks on the first floor was convenient for breakfast.
