Philippineson our arrival, our room smells cigarettes, i complained with the front desk regarding the matter and was asking to transfer. unfortunately, the hotel was full. Front desk staff promised to thoroughly clean and rid of the cigarette smell and ask us to leave the room for a few hours so they could re-clean it. Upon entering, there's just a very very faint smell left but not irritating, a few squeeze of room spray clears it.
The room size is decent. the ac is cold and much appreciated. Location is just right with a little more legwork coming from the train station. i like the water and ice machine

NorwaySome reviews were indicating that they serve western food at brekfast. Unfortunately, most of the food was Japanese or Chinese. It was good. But we hoped to get a more western buffé instead. :-)
The hotel is placed very convinient close to the train station. We book a 25 sqm room. The bed was super big queen size. The room was quite. Staff were helpful.
