Very expensive breakfast. Not the best location. Lots of corporate/wedding events happening meant a super packed lobby.

A beautiful hotel (with a pool which was great for the kids), however the location wasn't the best and we struggled to find a restaurant that would let us bring the kids in (we have two boys aged 4 and 7 and we were turned away from numerous restaurants and were told by the last one that it was because we had young children with us). The hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast had a lovely selection but I found it very expensive. We only stayed for one night as we were in transit between Tokyo and Osaka.

It was a bit far from the train station. We got a taxi to the hotel which was fine. The breakfast looked nice but was very expensive so didn’t try it.

It was clean, it looked very nice. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so didn’t use many of the facilities. The staff were great and very attentive.

Unfortunately free wifi didn't work for us.

Good location, close to shopping and dining district. Staff are friendly and able to communicate with them in English, which provided us with a more comfortable and relaxing environment.

A bit far from Nagoya station with no shuttle

Location was pretty convenient, near a station, but getting to most places took 20 minutes walking or a short subway ride. More of a "business" feel than a personal experience, but still very suitable for families.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, everything you need available inside or near the hotel. Pool was great to cool off in the summer heat.

It’s only a couple of minutes walk from the subway station and there are three convenience stores right next to the hotel. The family room was perfect for the family of four including small kids. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The room was quiet and large. There are excellent facilities including a nice little onsen. Location is a few minutes walking distance from the Nagoya tube station.

We celebrated our son’s birthday here and the staff did a tremendous job. They accommodated my requests and replied to my questions immediately. We’ll be back for sure.

The hotel was easy to find and it is located close to a bus stop and a train station. There is also a convenience store right across the street, and there are quite a lot restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it has one of the best services out of the hotels we've ever stayed in in Japan.

Location was a short bus trip from train station, or 20-30 min walk. Having a 15m or so lap pool in a hotel was a nice thing. Onsen/ hot bath was good to have as well. There is also a gym and tennis court. Breakfast was a good mix of options for western or Japanese.

I wanted to send my luggage to my next location in Kyoto. The concierge asked me to write the address on the dispatch slip. I had 4 luggages to send and there were 4 slips to complete. I was coming from Osaka and the previous hotel gladly wrote the dispatch slip for me.

Conveniently located with great restaurants/cafes/shopping close by. Beds were super comfy too!
